The other day.

As the world's first Porsche-certified restaurant, it is allowed to use the name "Porsche" in its restaurant name.The Momentum by PorscheI went to.

This restaurant was closed due to renovations scheduled for May to July 2022, but I haven't had many opportunities to visit since its reopening, so this was my first visit since the reopening.

Inside the store, there are Porsche model car lights hanging from the ceiling, a symbol of momentum.

Other than the fact that the entrance to the neighboring Porsche Studio Ginza is no longer as open, the renovation didn't really give the impression of being "Wow, things have changed drastically."

Well, maybe there have been some huge changes that I haven't noticed, but other than the seating and such, there haven't been many changes to the overall layout of the store, so it doesn't really feel that different from before?

Are the model cars new? No way (laughs).

But, if you look closely, you might be surprised to see that the new Transformers version is included. What, is this being updated?!

Lunch party with Porsche girls

On this day, a Porsche girl from the Tokai region had come to Tokyo for some business, so she invited me to a lunch party at short notice.

The Porsche girl had come to Tokyo by Shinkansen, so she said, "In that case (since I don't have a Porsche) let's go for a drink."

The best.

On this day, Momentum had prepared a private room for us, so we were able to chat in a relaxed atmosphere. (I took the photo after we had finished eating, so I'm sorry that it looks a bit messy.)

The participants on this day were six women who all drive Porsches. It was truly a Porsche girls' get-together at a Porsche restaurant.

I'm not a big fan of champagne (sparkling) or white wine, so I always start with red wine regardless of the menu.

But the appetizer was gorgonzola, so it was great.

Of the six Porsche girls who gathered that day, three of them I had already met before, but for two of them, this was my first time meeting them.

I am really happy to be invited to the wonderful Porsche girls' meeting that continues to expand, thank you very much ^ ^

Furthermore, there was a surprising coincidence that day when we entered the momentum, so in essence there were seven Porsche girls in the room.

This chance encounter was such a surprise to me that for the first time in a long time, my brain stopped moving for a moment and I unconsciously took a step back (laughs).

It was a wonderful chance encounter and the start of a wonderful time having a meal with the six Porsche ladies who had gathered.

After each person had finished their drink of choice, they moved on to a special edition bottle of Waimarama rose wine with a Momentum label.

As the delicious wine and food progressed, the Porsche girls' conversation also progressed.

What's amazing is that the only things that come up are stories about Porsche and the car world.

What a core group of members (lol).

Still, in the occasional conversation about "hobbies other than Porsche," two out of the six girls mentioned horse riding as a hobby, which is just too cool.

The experiences and experiences of each Porsche girl were amazing, and listening to their stories was just fun and stimulating, and I felt like I had gained new strength from their vitality and drive.

Of course, the female friends I have personal contact with are all wonderful people and I love them very much.

But the women I've met through Porsche are a little different in that each of them has a clear sense of who they are, and that's what makes them so cool.

I admire it.

Ah, before we knew it the lunch course was over, but this dessert didn't look like ice cream, but it was ice cream.

On this day, even though it was lunchtime, I started with a glass of red wine, then about two glasses of rose wine, and then another glass of red wine, and was already in a good mood.

Some people can drink quite a bit, so we decided to hold the next Porsche girls' get-together at Akachochin. It'll definitely be fun.

As the meal came to an end, we had one more dish at the very end after dessert.

I wondered what it was, so I opened the box and...

There's chocolate there.

The Chocolate Porsche is buried under coffee beans and is quite bitter, while the White Porsche Chocolate looks like a sweet white chocolate but is actually quite sour with a yuzu flavor.

What's more, I thought these chocolates were small, but...

When I took it out of the coffee beans, I saw how thick it was. No, it was too thick (laughs).

...That's why the Porsche chocolates were so fun and delicious.

Thank you very much for the three hours I spent with all the Porsche girls.

I think The Momentum by Porsche is a great place for Porsche girls to gather and dine.

Porsche Talk at Porsche Studio Ginza

After enjoying a delicious meal at Momentum, we then headed to the Porsche Studio Ginza next door.

Porsche Turbo No.1 CollectionIt was just when the new collection was announced, so we all had the chance to see it together.

As expected of fashionable women, they browsed the products, giving strict but accurate opinions such as, "This one is nice because it's reversible," and "This one is a little expensive, but the fabric and stitching are good."

Along the way, we had some conversations with Porsche professionals at Porsche Studio Ginza, and in the end, the last few people left here had tea together.

On this day, I happened to have a friend who is a Porsche mechanic from the US, so we met up and had tea together.

It was a truly enjoyable day, from lunch to tea time at the end.

The circle of Porsche girls has been expanding more and more recently. I've been meeting so many wonderful people, it's really the best.
