Apple's new CEO drives a Porsche at Laguna Seca

John Turnus is apparently a motorsports enthusiast.

Apple's CEO changed from Tim Cook to John Ternus on September 1st, 2026, and it turns out that this new CEO, John, is a Porsche enthusiast.

Moreover, it's not just a matter of liking Porsches or using a Porsche for everyday transportation.The Wall Street JournalAccording to reports, John has actually raced a Porsche at Laguna Seca, and his lap time is under 1:40, which is considered quite good for an amateur.

That's the real deal! (lol)

Incidentally, it's said that former CEO Tim Cook also owned the first-generation Boxster when he first joined Apple, but John, on the other hand, is known for his sporty driving in a Porsche.
