Porsche 911 Speedster Photo [Heritage Design Package]

Posted: April 22, 2019 Updated:

This is a continuation of this article that posted the Speedster of Guards Red ↓

Here, I would like to post a picture of the Porsche 911 Speedster "Heritage Design Package" that was announced at the same time as the above Guards Red version of Speedster was announced at the 2019 NY Auto Show.

Photo source:rennlist * The original photos don't contain blur, though I blurred people when I uploaded those photos on my blog Since I was reluctant to post it as it is, I am blurring the person.

The base color of the heritage design Speedster is GT Silver Metallic. wonderful.

Guards Red was first announced, and at that time, another car that had not been unveiled was visible behind Guards Red, and at that point, it was a rush on the net.

"Well, the Speedster has been announced, but what's behind it that's still covered ?! Is there another new car coming out ?!"

"Another Speedster" that everyone asked "What's the car still there?" Is, yes, the GT Silver Metallic-based Speedster that adopted this "Heritage Design Package". It was.

Shazam. Oh. cool.

Look from here too ~ ^^

The base color is GT Silver Metallic, but the front part is painted white.

head on. pretty! It's like, "Hmm? That? I've been unveiled?"

But when you look at it from below, it's cool again!

By the way, why is the decal number attached to this heritage design car "48"?

Yes. that is.

In commemoration of 1948, when the first Porsche 356 was first registered, this 2020 Porsche 911 Speedster is a limited production of 1,948 units, as well as this 1948 "48 years". It seems to be number 48 in commemoration. I see, I'm convinced.

It seems that the number 48 here is OK with or without it. Not sure if it will be replaced by another number.

And, unlike the Guards Red one, this heritage design is said to have a classic design on the front crest. The so-called "red" part of the black and red stripes looks like "orange", doesn't it?

In the crest of Porsche 356 (1954-1965), the red part was "orange" like this, so it may be orange here in the heritage design ↓.

By the way, this is the front crest of the Guards Red version of Speedster. The red part is "red" ↓

However, as will be described later, the crest located in the center of the steering seems to have a "red" crest in the stripe part, as in the Guards Red, even in the heritage design.

★ Addition (2019.5.25) ★
Various test drive review videos of Speedster came out, and when I was watching it, it seemed that the crest in the center of the steering was also a classic orange-tinted crest in the case of heritage design ↓

So, I will return to the heritage design Speedster again ↓

Compared to Guards Red, I get the impression that it feels much more calm.

This is the crest attached to the steering wheel. It's different from the one at the front.

This is the cup holder part on the top of the glove box, but next to the cool gold "Speedster", there is a small drink mark quietly, which is so cute (laughs) ↓.

The letters of PORSCHE 70 in the center of this seat are also gold.

The Speedster letters on the side are also gold.

The heritage design also looks like this when you open the rear.

Here, too, you can see that the rear hood uses carbon.

The Speedster letters on the rear are also gold!

You can also check the diffuser.

This is also a centerlock tire. The foil is platinum satin, but it can be silver to increase the contrast.

And when I look at this tire, I think, "Oh, isn't the heritage design PCCB?" ... but this is a decent PCCB. The caliper color is painted black to maintain the classical appearance ↓.

The Porsche 991 Speedster, Guards Red, and the GT Silver Metallic in the Heritage Design Package both seemed to be wonderful.

Just looking at it makes me happy ^^
