Three women in Porsches enjoy a touring experience in a 911 Cabriolet, surrounded by marigolds, Arabia, and Scandinavia.

We went to Marigold Hill Park in three 911 Cabriolets.

The other day, I was invited by a fellow Porsche enthusiast to go on a touring trip with two other people (three cars) ^^

Since the two people who invited me happened to be driving a 992-type 911 Cabriolet, I also decided to participate in a Cabriolet.

I always enjoy seeing a group of Porsches together and think it's wonderful, but even though there are only three of them, the fact that all three are the same 992 Cabriolet makes them seem like brothers, which makes them even cuter.

There are differences between the early and late models of the 992 series, but what I found interesting when we gathered together this time was that each of the three cars had chosen a different wheel design.

Anyway, seeing three convertibles together was really fun every time. It really made me feel like we were all in the same boat!

So, the first destination we reached after a fun drive with the three of us was this place.

Wow! A whole field of marigolds.

This is Marigold Hill Park in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture.

It was just around the time when marigolds were in full bloom, and the fields of blooming marigolds were absolutely beautiful.

Isn't it lovely?

...While it is indeed very beautiful, the truth is that the way it's photographed and the angle from which it's taken can make quite a difference in its appearance...

the…

It's true that there are lots of marigolds in bloom, but in reality, they're planted with quite a bit of space between the rows of flowers, so when you look at them from the side, well...A little emptyDoes it look a little lonely?

*I'd like to add a note for those who might visit this place after seeing this photo: In reality, it's smaller in scale than the impression you get from the picture, and depending on the viewing angle, the gaps between the flowers are quite noticeable... I've added this note specifically to clarify, but I don't mean to negate the beauty of this place!

It was great to be able to take pictures of my beloved cars through the marigolds like this ^^

At first, I thought the parking lot would be far away and it would be impossible to take a picture of the car and marigolds together, so it was a pleasant surprise that the parking lot was right in front of me, allowing me to take this photo of the car and marigolds together.

At this location, I was greeted by elderly people who had come to see the marigolds, and it was a peaceful and soothing morning filled with friendly interactions.

Looking up from the bottom of the slope at Marigold Hill Park, you can see a truly beautiful expanse of marigolds, and there's also a bell here called the "Bell of Hope," so of course, you just have to ring it!

The bell made a much louder sound than I expected, so I was a little nervous after ringing it (lol).

Now, having rang the bell of hope and filled with optimism, we set off for our next destination.

Lunch at CARVAAN (Arabic cuisine)

Our next destination was a place for lunch, and although I was following the person who recommended the restaurant, the road we were driving on was just an ordinary residential area, or rather, just an ordinary suburb with nothing much around.

Yet, the restaurant that suddenly appeared before me was such a striking building that it made me think, "Wait, why is a building like this here?" It really seemed to pop up out of nowhere in the otherwise ordinary landscape.

CARVAAN Brewery & RestaurantIt was a restaurant, and as the name suggests, it also had a brewery attached.

Suddenly, this one section makes you think, "Have I stepped into a theme park?"

The interior of the shop felt like another world, it was wonderful ^^

Enjoy Arabian cuisine in a setting that exudes an Arabian atmosphere. The course includes an appetizer plate featuring dishes from various countries, followed by a main course of your choice.

For my main course, I had an Egyptian tagine dish of molokhia and chicken.

The cheesecake for dessert was also rich and creamy, and the meal was so filling that I ended up feeling incredibly full.

I feel like I've hardly ever eaten Arabic food before, so it was all very new and exciting. I had a great time!

And because this restaurant is built on a cliff overlooking a valley, you can enjoy your meal while gazing at the magnificent natural scenery from the terrace seating area.

This is the view from a nearby bridge. It would probably be amazing during the autumn foliage season!

After enjoying a new experience with Arabic cuisine and having a great time chatting, we're now heading to our next destination!

Enjoy the Scandinavian atmosphere at Metsä Village

We've arrived here!

It's overflowing with a sense of nature once again!

Where is this, you ask...?

This is Metsä Village, an area located just before Moominvalley Park, also in Saitama Prefecture.

While there's an entrance fee to enter Moominvalley Park, you can enter the area just before it for free, where you can enjoy restaurants and shops, so that's where we went this time.

Everyone was strolling leisurely with their dogs, and it was really nice to see such a relaxed atmosphere here.

I was told that the bread sold at the bakery in Metsä Village was delicious, so I bought some to take home, and it really was delicious!

And so, we spent our time strolling through nature, exploring shops, and chatting endlessly, until finally it was time to say goodbye.

The touring trip ended with shopping at Kakujo Fish Market.

I parted ways with one person here, but since I was in Saitama Prefecture, I wanted to go to Kakujo Fish Market, so I went to the nearby Kakujo with the other person to do some more shopping.

Two convertibles lined up at Kakujo Fish Market.

On this day, I was soothed by the beautiful marigolds in the morning, enjoyed Arabian cuisine, was soothed again by the Nordic atmosphere amidst nature near Moominvalley Park (Metsä Village), bought some bread, and finally bought some fish.

I'm truly grateful for all the invitations I always receive. Thank you so much. Large gatherings are fun, but small gatherings are also the best.

It was fun~^^
