NISSAN CROSSING
I've been to Tokyo several times in the past, and I've stopped by again at Nissan Crossing, a car gallery in Ginza.
Rather, when I have the opportunity to walk around the Ginza 4-chome intersection and have a little time to spare, I just get sucked into the building of Furari and Nissan Crossing ... It's already become a habit (?). I mean ^^
Again, I had a little time, so I took a quick look. Well, what is on display this time?
Nissan GT-R Track edition engineered by nismo (2018 model)
First here. On the 2nd floor, there is a car called Nissan Leaf and NISMO's Nissan GT-R Track Edition.
Orders are scheduled to start in July 2019, and the release is scheduled for October 2019.
"NISMO, Nissan Works, has generously introduced the technology trained in the cutting-edge racing field. It is a special one that combines the GT-R NISMO's suspension and body rigidity with almost the same form.
The 2020 model uses newly developed high-grip tires, special Rays aluminum forged wheels, and carbon ceramic brakes.
Recaro's carbon back bucket seats and carbon roof are also available as manufacturer options.
This carbon roof for cars can be reduced in weight by about 4 kg.
Nissan GT-R 50th Anniversary
Next, the "GT-R 50th Anniversary" was exhibited, which was equipped with special items in various parts of the car to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the birth of the Nissan GT-R.
The body color is based on the image of the Nissan Works color of yesteryear, and the color of this car is "Wangan Blue" with a white sticker.
The interior is medium gray. The wheels are also in a special color (Wangan Blue).
It seems that the 50th anniversary commemorative logo is attached to the meter door sill center console rear.
Nissan Skyline Hardtop 2000GT-R
This time, this car was mainly exhibited in the central exhibition part on the 1st floor. The receptionist's sister said, "It's a car 50 years ago !!"
As a 4-door sedan, it seems that it is a car called Skyline 2000GT-R (PGC10 type) released in 1969 (Showa 44), and it was proud of its invincible strength in domestic touring car races.
The hardtop with a genuine black overfender on the rear is the car that was nicknamed the so-called "Hakosuka GT-R".
It seems that it inherits the following features from the racing car Nissan R380 as it is:
- 2ℓ in-line 6-cylinder, DOHC 4-valve "S20" engine
- Large capacity 100ℓ fuel tank
- Bucket seats without reclining mechanism
- Spartan interior with no comfort equipment
Seeing this, the grandfather telling the receptionist's sister, "I saw this a long time ago. It was cool a long time ago."
Forty to fifty years later, when I happened to encounter a Porsche (991) of my time at a Porsche exhibition, I asked a young person while looking at the car, "This is really cool in the old days. It was good ... " So, I remember a lot and I'm about to cry (laughs). ← Too annoying ^^
NISSAN CONCEPT 2020 Vision Gran Turismo
By the way, and last but not least, this time, this car is actually the most prominently decorated car in the showcase in front of the entrance on the 1st floor of Nissan Crossing.
Yes, that's it! Nissan Concept 2020 Vision Gran Turismo.
Also, a tremendous impact! !! !!
The red color of this mat gives an indescribable strong impression. The eyes are also bad ... (laughs) No, it's sharp!
This is a virtual sports car created by the "Vision Gran Turismo" project to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the PlayStation game "Gran Turismo".
Hmmm cool.
"Young European designers are free to design their dream sports car while realizing an emotional body line backed by precise aerodynamic performance. It is one that shows one direction of the sports car of the future. "
It is said that this car was first unveiled at Goodwood in 2014 and was exhibited at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show, but it seems that it was not announced before that, even now, it has a sense of the future. there is.
Here, the letters of NISSAN CONCEPT 2020 are also ↓
No, the color is good, the impact is good, and it was really cool! !!
By the way, the Gran Turismo concept car doesn't actually have an engine ...? ??
Somehow, if you have such a full-size car in the shape of a car, you might think that it would be really fast if you ran, but in reality you may not be able to run. Isn't it? ??
It's strange to think so ^^
NISSAN Concept 2020 Vision Gran Turismo Driving Video
I don't think that this full-size concept car that I saw at Nissan Crossing will actually run, but it's still a big deal, so I'd like to see this car running ( It's complicated ...).
That's why it's a video (1 minute 45 seconds) ↓
Of course, it is not a real car. However, even if it is not a real car, the car is many times cooler when it is actually running than just looking at what is on display!
… And when I saw this video, I thought about it again ^^
