2026年4月の時点でPorsche sells its stake in Bugatti Rimac and the Rimac Group to an international consortium.することで合意したと発表していました。
その株式売却について規制当局の承認を受け、2026年9月9日に売却が完了したとのことです。
売却による収入は約10億ユーロ(約1,786億円)となる見込みで、ポルシェAGグループはそのうち2.5億ユーロ(約450億円)を年金債務への追加資金拠出に充てる予定。
半期決算報告書に掲載された自動車事業の純キャッシュフローマージン予測には、事業売却の影響は含まれていなかったため、今回のキャッシュインフローと年金債務の追加資金調達を考慮すると、2026年通期の自動車事業の純キャッシュフローマージンは5.5～7.5％に上昇すると予想されるとのこと(前回予測：3～5％)。
ポルシェは今回の売却をコアビジネスへの集中に向けた取り組みの一環とされています。
