BMW: BM W ◆ My BMW M3 (2021)

Ranked 2nd in the BMW Stamp Rally 2021: Part 1

Posted: February 26, 2022 Updated:

BMW Stamp Rally 2021 that goes around the country

Was it from around July 2021?BMW Stamp Rally 2021Has begun.

Of the 3,345 participants from all over the country in this stamp rally, I was ranked second in the whole country, so I would like to write a report about this BMW stamp rally ^ ^

I didn't know that this event was held in 2020 at all, but when I happened to know this event in the summer of 2021, I felt very light and said to my husband, "Hey, this is what I did. It looks like it's terrifying.I have a business to go to Kansai next timeWhy don't you try it for a moment? I called out.

The BMW M3 was just delivered just beforeBecause of that, I also wanted to run a lot with M3.

Furthermore, when I just learned about this BMW Stamp Rally, I was planning to go to Kansai, so I said, "I will take a stamp of the place where I live in Tokyo and its suburbs, where I can get it next time in the Kansai area. If you keep it, you won't be able to put it in the upper ranks, right? "

For me now, all I want to say to me in the past at this time is just one word (oh, not one).

"It's not stupid"
"Too sweet"
"Are you licking the BMW stamp rally?"

Is ^^

BMW's stamp rally, let me express what this event was like after participating in this time, it is neither "joy to run through" nor "Freude am Fahren", it is high , I'm already on this.

That is ... "madness".

BMW's stamp rally is crazy to say the least. My husband said, "Is it obsession?" (Laughs).

I think that this can be understood by those who are in the top 20. And those who are in the top 10 will say with love, but yeah, everyone is crazy enough (laughs).

BMW Stamp Rally 2021 Overview

From now on, I would like to take a picture of when we went around the country in the stamp rally.

Do the locals know "Oh, this is here!" ^^?

By the way, BMW Stamp Rally 2021 is a digital stamp rally that was held from July 2021 to December 24, 2021 and visited 208 spots nationwide.

A method of collecting stamps on a smartphone.

However, due to the spread of corona infection on the way, the event has been "cancelled" for about two months from August, and will be restarted from October 11, 2021 (Monday).

Furthermore, in addition to the 208 stamp points nationwide that were set up from the beginning, there were also some spots that were offered for a limited time.

These limited-time spots were spots that could only be taken for a set period (about one weekend), so whether or not they were taken is one of the major factors that determine the final result. Spots.

Although it is a prize of the BMW Stamp Rally, it was announced from the beginning that only those who ranked in the top 10 will receive BMW lifestyle goods (however, the contents of the prize will not be known until after the end).

Lifestyle goods ... I was wondering if it was a mug, or at best a carry case or apparel (the actual prizes will be described later), but to be clear, those who were in the top 10 I think I hadn't even thought about prizes from some point.

At least for me and my husband, "prize" doesn't matter anymore, and what exactly is this stamp rally for? I started to challenge myself with such madness that I sometimes asked myself.

It may sound exaggerated, but it was a really tough stamp rally.

Because, in order to be in the top rank, it can not be achieved unless there are more than 200 places nationwide, and those 200 places are not only in tourist spots and central Tokyo, but also in the mountains, or somehow unclear places. I do.

I don't want you to misunderstand me here, but I don't think it was hard to participate in this stamp rally.

There are only "I enjoyed it!" And "I'm glad I did it!"

I was doing it because it was fun, and I couldn't do it if it wasn't fun ^^

Thanks to participating in this stamp rally this time, I ran a lot of places that I have never really been to from end to end in Japan, and I went around a lot of places that I would not go with my plan. I experienced various natures, thought a lot, made memories, and really enjoyed all the time.

Once in December 2021I used to make a little noise on my blog.. "I don't have enough time."

This was the time when I was spending the most time on the BMW Stamp Rally, and I was running all over Japan all night.

Even though it's all night, there are work and children, so you can run through the time you can use (night to dawn the next day), and in distant places (Hokkaido and Kyushu), you can run 2,200 kilometers in 40 hours at once on weekends. I passed it and finished the race.

When driving alone, I think the average drive was to run about 1,200 kilometers in 24 hours (of which sleep was divided into several times for a total of about 2 hours).

It's like that, it's hard but fun. I think I like driving after all ^^

I would like to meet the top participants at ZOOM.

Now that the BMW stamp rally is over, I would like to meet with the other participants in the top 10 and talk with ZOOM.

If you don't have a corona, you just want to drink together ^^ If you are in the top 10 people, you should be able to meet at any place in Japan (laughs)! !!

Among me and my husband, those who were in the top 10 were always good rivals.

I don't know that I met anyone, but I was following everyone's trends every day, just like a stalker (← not a real stalker (laughs)).

★ Addition ★
After the stamp rally, I was able to connect with the 1st (Mr. T), 6th, and 7th place through SNS and this blog ^^ I'm glad! !!

Because in the BMW stamp rally, you can see who got the stamp when and when.

Therefore, I checked it every day and enjoyed saying, "Oh, Mr. xx took the spot of XX! You finally went to XX prefecture!"

I would like to talk with you about your experiences and experiences at this stamp rally.

I would like to share such things as "Isn't the radio wave weak around Kaminokoike?" Or something that only those who actually went there and did this stamp rally can understand.

Also, among the top 10 people, there was a person who had an account on Twitter, so while watching the trends of that person during the stamp rally, that person will get an airplane ticket. When I saw it, I told my husband

"Mr. xx, I'll probably fly to Hokkaido this weekend!"

Or, if you see the information that she seems to have been able to do it

"Oh, xx-san, I'm glad I was happy ^^"

I was smiling while stalking (Oh, it's too real a stalker ... it's too dangerous (laughs)).

BMW Stamp Rally is intelligence, physical strength, luck of time

If you are a certain age (laughs), you may have heard this phrase somewhere, but this BMW stamp rally really needed "intelligence, physical strength, luck of time". (To be in the upper ranks).

"Intelligence"

First of all, if you just feel like "I should go around some stamp points", there is no need to seriously consider the points to go around. If you enjoy driving and getting to your destination, it will be fun enough, and I think that's fine.

However, when it comes to aiming for the top, and aiming for the complete, the first thing to face is "not enough time".

I think that this is not a problem if you can use your free time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but if you work like a couple and have children, the time you can use will be limited. How efficiently you go around the stamp points within the available time "is important.

So, from here, I would like to write how my family captured the stamp rally.

Yeah, I'm going with a full-blown metamorphosis (laughs)! I'm sure you all know that I'm changing, so don't hesitate to go.

For example, here is a plan table when my family went around Kyushu.

In this way, the route that can be efficiently circulated is decided in advance, and depending on the distance and required time of each, there are roads that are closed after hours, and there are points that can not be entered after hours. , Research everything in advance and make a plan.

My husband, who is good at such things as geography, did all these planning schedules.

Every time I run with this plan in my hand, I confirm that "I'm 10 minutes behind the schedule now". Fufufu, it's already a mission.

Moreover.

It is also important to "know the enemy" when it comes to the end.

Because, in the competition in the top 10 by knowing "who got which point, who is losing which point", how many points should I get? Because you will understand.

That's why I managed all the data of the top 10 people (metamorphosis of metamorphosis).

Check who is getting which point, and from there, "I'm losing 1 point in this area, I won't be able to get it back anymore" or "I can't get it because it's already closed by snow". We made various judgments from the above and knew how many points we should get.

"Physical strength"

Needless to say about this "physical strength". Anyway, it's just driving, so that's the "physical strength".

In our case, my husband was the main participant, so there were times when my husband went around alone, but since I was able to go around with my husband and wife, there was only a "two driver system". But I think it was pretty good.

I really admire those who participate in one driver and are in the top ranks. amazing. It's too amazing.

When I was running with two people, I rarely parked the car other than "toilet and refueling". My job is to take turns driving, and for those who are not driving, "sleeping" in the passenger seat. Business, business so that it can be replaced.

I usually wake up from dawn, so I'm often relatively energetic from midnight to dawn, so I was often in charge of this time zone, but I was scared anyway. Run in total darkness!

It's completely different from the night in Tokyo. Really "black".

For example, when I went to this stamp spot ↓, when I thought "I arrived" in total darkness, suddenly there was a sculpture in the darkness in front of me.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I'm scared! !!

This time, one of the stamp points was the Suzuka Circuit, so I was able to go to the Suzuka Circuit (only in front) for the first time.

When I thought about it further, I had never been to Autopolis, so when I went to a nearby spot, I stopped by for a while, but I don't know if Autopolis at midnight is too dark!

I was scared and ran away immediately (laughs). Really, you can't even see the ditch on the road! There isn't even one of the outdoor lights! ↓

Was the road near Autopolis the wrong one I took? ?? The road of pitch darkness, "Is it okay here?" I can't see anything ~ I'm scared ~! ↓

I was scared even if my husband was next to me (even if I was sleeping), but it would be really too scary if I was circulated by myself! ... so I thought. Fear. Fear. Fear.

I could see the "front" where the light was shining, but when I thought about turning to the right, the "right side" where the light wasn't shining was pitch black, and I couldn't even see if there was a road, so I was scared and couldn't turn. This was my first stamp rally (laughs).

It's getting longer, so I'll continue next ^^
