As of April 2026Porsche sells its stake in Bugatti Rimac and the Rimac Group to an international consortium. They announced that they had agreed to do so.
The sale of the shares received regulatory approval and was completed on September 9, 2026.
The sale is expected to generate approximately 1 billion euros (approximately 178.6 billion yen), of which the Porsche AG Group plans to use 250 million euros (approximately 45 billion yen) to make additional contributions to its pension liabilities.

The net cash flow margin forecast for the automotive business included in the semi-annual financial report did not include the impact of the divestiture. Therefore, considering the current cash inflows and additional financing for pension liabilities, the net cash flow margin for the automotive business for the full year 2026 is expected to rise to 5.5-7.5% (previous forecast: 3-5%).
Porsche sees this sale as part of its efforts to focus on its core business.
