Second time at Nihondaira Hotel...trying something I couldn't do last time
I haven't been able to keep up with updating the blog, so I apologize for the story from a while ago, but the 7th Tokai & Kanto Joint Porsche Girls' Gathering was held on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 (national holiday).
I participated in the 718 Cayman GT4RS.
I had said that I might not be good at mid-engine Porsche, but this car is so much fun and amazing, it's just the best.

The meeting place for this dayThe 4th Joint Porsche Girls' GatheringThe venue is Nihondaira Hotel in Shizuoka Prefecture.
I was heading to the site from Tokyo, and as I got off the highway and approached Nihon-daira Hotel, I got excited when I saw a blue sign that said "Miho-Nihon-daira Ferry Terminal."
Why is that?

Porsche girls also appeared on the Suruga Bay Ferry
Actually, on this day I headed directly to the location (Nihondaira Hotel), but some of the participants were planning to take the Suruga Bay Ferry and enjoy a ferry trip before arriving at Nihondaira Hotel.
So when I saw this sign for the ferry terminal, I got excited thinking, "Oh, everyone will soon be arriving here, along with the Porsches being transported by boat."
By the way, it seems that the ferry group looked like this ↓ *This blog post also uses photos provided by the Porsche girls who participated.

The parking area inside the ferry was filled with Porsches.

This is quite a sight.

I'm glad to hear that everyone on the ferry enjoyed their trip.
そして、他にも事前に待ち合わせをして一緒にツーリングされてきた方々も。

After completing various mini-gatherings and events, the Porsche girls finally gathered at their destination.

In the parking lot of the initial meeting place, there was a statue of Yamato Takeru, and we first took commemorative photos there, one by one.
Porsche and Yamato Takeru are so cool.

Next, we headed to the parking lot provided by Nihon-daira Hotel, where we would be staying that day.
More and more Porsches are gathering.

In the end, 23 cars and 23 owners gathered.
Of course, all 23 owner/drivers are women. There are no cross-dressing men among them (laughs).

60-minute break
After parking the car, we took a short break and walked around.
The hotel staff even provided a shuttle to the nearby Nihondaira Yume Terrace, where the Porsche girls had no trouble getting there. Thank you to everyone at Nihondaira Hotel!

Why did we suddenly take a walk break here? Well, that's something to enjoy later.
First, we explored Nihondaira Yume Terrace and spent some time enjoying the beautiful scenery of Shizuoka Prefecture from the observation deck.
At this point, everyone introduced themselves together.
During the self-introductions, some people even handed out marron glacés made from large, beautiful chestnuts. I had one on the spot and it was absolutely delicious!
She has such high femininity.

...Then, when I got home, I remembered that my family actually receives fine chestnuts every year.
However, it was too much work to peel it every time, so I would only use a little bit myself and give the rest to a chef I knew.
But this year, when I looked at the chestnuts that arrived, I remembered the Porsche girls' get-together, and I thought, "Okay!" and took on the challenge of making marron glacé. I'm easily influenced (lol).

This kind of environment that has such a positive influence on me is stimulating and wonderful.
And that's where the conversation got off track.
After about 60 minutes of introducing themselves and enjoying delicious marron glacé, the Porsche girls finally headed to the main event of the day.
Finally, onto the lawn
That's it...here.

The Porsches are sucked deeper and deeper into the beautiful lawn.

The main event of the day was "lining up Porsches on the lawn of the Nihon-daira Hotel."
However, in order to avoid damaging the beautifully maintained lawn, in order to park here (first and foremost, the weather must be good), you will need to allow the engine to cool down for 60 minutes before driving your car onto the lawn.

So after parking the car in the parking lot, we had some time to go for a walk.

After the engine cool-down time, we finally headed out onto the grass.
The lawn is really well maintained and the green is beautiful.

We were very grateful that several staff members from Nihon-daira Hotel helped guide our car as it moved across the lawn.
I was deeply moved as I watched the Porsches coming in one after another from inside the car. It was an extraordinary experience.

By the way, before moving to this lawn, we decided to roughly categorize the colors of the Porsches, and they came in color-coded from the moment they moved in.

All 23 cars were safely guided onto the grass and parked.

From the white group...

Black group…

Up to the red group.

I was happy to be able to line up the pinks together again ^^

And then there's the yellow group.

The yellow group... one of the cars looks like it's about to get buried in the grass, but it's safe for now ^^
In the photo, the front of the 996 appears to have landed completely on the grass, which is quite cute.

Also, when parking my car on this lawn, I had to put cardboard under it to protect the grass.
As for the cardboard box I brought, I took the thick cardboard box that the wine came in when I bought it online, thinking "this will do," which was a careless and drunken claim, but there were also people who brought cutely arranged cardboard boxes like this.
It's too cute! This one is so feminine I was really moved.

What's more, perhaps there's some hidden masculinity behind these Porsche ladies? When the Porsche ladies heard that they needed cardboard to protect the grass from the heat, their husbands made them some handmade grass protection leather.
The leather was attached to an extendable rod, making it easy to install under the car, and it was a moment when I felt the husband's love for his Porsche, his lawn, and his wife.

In addition, the Porsche of someone who loves Chiikawa's Hachiware-chan not only has lots of Hachiware-chans as usual, but also has Hachiware-chans to hide the license plate!
It's too cute! I think this is something you'd only see at a girls' get-together.

After parking the Porsches perfectly lined up on the lawn, each owner stood next to their Porsche for a commemorative photo.

A group photo of just the Porsche girls gathered together ^^

Porsche Women's Luncheon
After taking some commemorative photos, we walked across this truly beautiful lawn to the Nihon-daira Hotel.

When I entered the hotel, I saw the words "Porsche Girls' Association" on the sign. For some reason, just seeing something like this gets me excited.

As we headed to the designated room, there was a sign in front of the room that read "Porsche Girls' Gathering" with a picture of a heart and a Porsche on it.
I am so happy, Nippondaira Hotel. Thank you!

This room is the same one we used for our fourth Porsche Girls' Get-Together, and not only is it spacious and comfortable, but the view (of Suruga Bay and Mt. Fuji) through the wall-to-wall glass is simply amazing.

We had lunch in this room, and the seating arrangement was decided by drawing lots, with people from Tokai and Kanto alternating in the order "Tokai, Kanto, Tokai, Kanto." This gave us the opportunity to interact with people we don't normally get to interact with, which was great.
Also, personally, I was shocked when I first saw the name written on the menu and saw that "Nihondaira Hotel" was pronounced "Nippon Daira Hotel" and not "Nihon Daira Hotel."
When I learned that the reading of Daikanzan is "Taikanzan"It was the biggest shock since then (lol).

That's right, today is a Porsche girlMysterious Bearmade name tags for everyone.
They used colors that matched the body color of each car and made it so cute (for 23 people!) I was so touched and grateful. As a group of Porsche ladies, each of us has our own special skills and talents, and bringing them all together always makes for a wonderful gathering.
As for these business cards, everyone was required to prepare their own business card holders, so I decided to go with a pink Pink Pig strap since it was a girls' get-together.

Everyone took their seats and lunch began, but before that, the representative of the people who organizes this Porsche girls' get-together (or rather, as always) gave a speech before the toast.
Well, this atmosphere... how should I put it? It almost looks like we're having a summit meeting to discuss some difficult things (lol), but in reality it's not that serious...

Cheers to fun!

The meals served were also very delicious.

Recently, Porsche girls' gatherings have become a thing, and no one has started it, but this time there were people who made original souvenirs and distributed them, so it was fun ^ ^
Thank you for the many other sweets and treats.

By the way, what I brought this time was a Work Cat cookie that said "Drive safer today." Sorry it's a strange gift (lol). But I wanted to pray for everyone's safe driving.

*For those of you who will be joining the Porsche Girls' Gathering in the future, please don't worry about bringing souvenirs, as it's up to you to do so and it's not required at all! I often don't bring any myself (sorry (lol)).
The room I used this time at the Nihon-daira Hotel had a large balcony area that led outside, which was also great.
So after dinner we all went to this balcony.

It was truly amazing not only to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Shizuoka Prefecture, but also to see our Porsche in the midst of this magnificent landscape.

As expected, the yellow one on the right, who looks like it's buried, is just too cute (lol), but anyway, it was amazing to see the 23 Porsches lined up by Porsche girls, set against the beautiful scenery and beautiful grass.

Here too, we took a group photo of the Porsche girls with the (small) Porsches and the magnificent scenery.
Thanks to the large number of sunny girls, we were blessed with beautiful weather and were able to enjoy the event in the best conditions and environment.

The circle of Porsche girls expanded quickly, and now there are at least 30 members.
I'm grateful to everyone who always plans things for me.
I am so grateful for all the fun times I have had with everyone I have met. My encounter with Porsche has allowed me to connect with other Porsche girls, making my everyday life even more enjoyable.

After the Porsche girls' party on this day ended, we each headed home to the Tokai and Kanto regions ... However, there was traffic congestion, and everyone often met again on the highway during traffic jams, saying "Oh, Mr. xx was there," and it was fun until the very end ^ ^

At the end, there was a traffic jam and I started getting low fuel warnings, which made me a little nervous, but I managed to get home safely.

As always, I am able to meet and interact with many wonderful people whom I would never have met otherwise, and enjoy Porsche together. This is all thanks to my encounter with Porsche in the first place, and I am so grateful that Porsche has made my life more enjoyable.

I'm also looking forward to the Porsche Girls' Club, which will likely continue to grow.
Thank you again this time!
