718 Cayman GT4 RS: Racing number 154
In the center of the Porsches on display was one car that had not yet been unveiled.
I wonder what? That's what I was thinking...

Afterwards, when I looked at its unveiled appearance, it was a Porsche with racing number 154, made in collaboration between Porsche and Tag Heuer, based on the ``718 Cayman GT4 RS.''

One of two cars built by Porsche's Sonderwunsch program in honor of the Carrera Panamericana.
It is said to be inspired by the Porsche 550 Coupe that raced in the Carrera Panamericana 70 years ago, and the center console also features a Tag Heuer stopwatch module.

Pegasus was Porsche's first sponsored advertisement.
The color is Le Mans Silver Metallic.
By the way, the 550 Spider that Porsche participated in the Carrera Panamericana was the first ``racing car with sponsor advertising''.
That is the famous "Pegasus". It was used as the Mobil Oil logo. Therefore, this limited edition car is of course Pegasus.

I didn't know that the first sponsored ad was Pegasus!
Now that I understand the relationship between Porsche and Pegasus better than ever, I think I will continue to think about the past every time I see the Pegasus attached to a Porsche.

The RR7 that appeared this time is the one with number 154, but another Cayman made with number 152 is scheduled to be auctioned in Mexico in the future.

By the way, this is the number 154 Porsche 550 coupe displayed at the entrance to RR7 (#152 actually won the class at the Carrera Panamericana in 1953)↓

Well, it will continue~^^
