2022 Q2 Porsche sales in North America

North American Porsche delivery in the second quarter of 2022 is 19,487 units

Porsche Cars North America (hereinafter, Porsche North America) announced that the total number of Porsche deliveries in the United States in the second quarter of 2022 was 19,487 units (up 2.8% in the same period of the previous year).

The total for the first half of 2022 (January to June) was 32,529 units, a decrease of 10.5% from the first half of 2021 last year, which was very strong. However, this seems unavoidable considering the supply problems in the world today.

Subsequent figures in the table are from January 5th to March 31st, 2022 for the first quarter of 2022 and from April 1st to June 30th, 2022 for the second quarter of 2022:

After all, Macan and Cayenne performed well in the first half of 2022.

Then Porsche 911 and Taycan worked hard, followed by a refreshed Panamera model. The last are 718 models, but it seems that this is not particularly bad either.

Porsche certified used car sales are strong

All of the above figures are new car sales, but Porsche certified used car sales in North America Porsche totaled 15,449 units in the first half of 2022.

This is an increase of 6.0% compared to the first half of 2021.

By the way, the number of certified used cars sold in Q1 2022 is "7,616 units", so the number of certified used cars sold in Q2 2022 will be "7,833 units".
