The body color of my Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS is Ruby Star Neo, which is a slightly purple-ish color but is still considered "pink."
Kawazu cherry blossoms, which begin to bloom early in March, have begun to bloom beautifully in various places, so this morning I went out early to take pictures of the pink Porsche and the Kawazu cherry blossoms, which are just as bright pink as the pink Porsche.
Today is March 1st, 2026.
Yes, it was the day the Tokyo Marathon was held in Tokyo. Therefore, please check the traffic restrictions that were distributed in advance and act "between sunrise and the time when traffic restrictions are implemented" ^^
The Kawazu cherry blossoms at the shrine are almost in full bloom and are said to be beautiful, so we first went to see the cherry blossoms in front of the shrine. Beautiful!!
By the way, this is a no-parking road, so when we passed by, I got out of the car beforehand and waited with my smartphone, and had my husband drive slowly up to take the photo.
There were no cars in front of or behind me, so it was definitely a good idea to come first thing in the morning.
Next, we move to the same location where we took photos last year.
Wow. This one is also almost in full bloom. Beautiful!
By the way, the cherry blossoms here are not Kawazu cherry blossoms but "Okame cherry blossoms."
The pink of Ruby Star Neo matches the color of the Okame Sakura cherry blossoms perfectly and is truly beautiful.
Not only was it an early morning on a weekend, but traffic restrictions were in place everywhere due to the Tokyo Marathon that was about to begin, so the city was deserted.
This is probably my favorite photo of the cherry blossoms and GT4RS this year. ↓ I also like how the car is reflected in the building in the background.
Having a pink car in our home has made this cherry blossom season a happier time of year.
And, I know I'll say it myself, but no matter how many times I look at it, the GT4RS with Ruby Star Neo and gold wheels is just so cool. It's the best!
Well, next I think I'll leave the car and go watch the Tokyo Marathon.
