Porsche tops JD Power loyalty survey for fourth consecutive year
On September 24, 2025, the American research company JD Power announcedJD Power 2025 US Automotive Brand Loyalty Study' announced that Porsche has once again topped the list among luxury car brand owners for the fourth consecutive year.
The survey measures whether vehicle owners choose the same brand again when trading in their existing vehicle to buy or lease a new one, and only includes transactions at authorized new car dealerships.
Since the survey was conducted in the United States, Timo Resch, CEO of Porsche Cars North America, commented as follows:

The study uses data from Power Information Network (PNI) and its 16,000 affiliated dealers since 2018, with vehicle sales data recorded in dealer management systems.
The study calculated brand loyalty in five segments: premium cars, premium SUVs, mass-market cars, mass-market SUVs, and trucks. Porsche topped the premium car segment for the fourth consecutive year with a customer loyalty rate of 58.21 TP1T.
The 2025 survey is based on data from September 2024 to August 2025 and includes all model years traded in.
