Tokyo Motor Show 2019: Supercars

Posted: November 3, 2019 Updated:

46th Tokyo Motor Show

The 46th Tokyo Motor Show in 2019, this time at Tokyo Big Sight.

I didn't know it at all, but at this Tokyo Motor Show, the "President" is Princess Yoko. The chairman is Akio Toyoda.

The event will be held from October 24, 2019 (Thursday) to November 4, 2019 (Monday / Holiday). As was talked about this time, the admission fee was generally 2,000 yen, but it was free for high school students and younger, so on weekdays I went there, I certainly felt that many students (in uniforms) participated. I wonder if it was done ~ ^^ (Many people came because it seems like a social studies tour as a school)

The venue will be the area around Tokyo Big Sight in Odaiba, such as "Tokyo Big Sight Aomi / West / South Exhibition Building, MEGA WEB, Symbol Promenade Park, and parking lot next to the TFT Building".

This time, as part of the Tokyo Motor Show event, I had already seen only Drone Entertainment's "CONTACT," in which 500 Intel drones flew to create the show.

Special exhibition of Japan Supercar Association

However, I haven't seen the Tokyo Motor Show itself yet, so I'd like to find some time to go, and if I go there, October 30th (Wednesday) to October 31st (October 31st) I wanted to go to either of the trees).

For these two days only, the supercars who gathered with the cooperation of the Japan Supercar Association will specially exhibit at the "Stone & Light Plaza" in front of Tokyo Big Sight as a special exhibition. It was supposed to be done.

After telling me that, I thought, "If I go, I want to go to either of these two days."

Then, on October 31st (Thursday), I went to the Tokyo Motor Show 2019. Of course, the first place I went to see was the exhibition hall of the Japan Supercar Association.

Well then, it's a lot of cars, so I'd like to see more and more.

First of all, Nissan GT-R. Matte pink.

And Ferrari 308 GTS quattrovalvole (Ferrari 308 GTS quattrovalvole).

Ferrari 360 Modena.

Ferrari 348 TS.

Porsche CAYMAN S, this body color is said to be Allaman Red.

Porsche 911 (991) GT3 RS (Porsche 911 GT3 RS).

Furthermore, Porsche 911 (991) GT2 RS (Porsche 911 GT2 RS).

This silver x black is really cool!

Even if there are so many supercars (I do not know if Porsche is a supercar ^ ^), I just search for Porsche and see it.

Because, if you say this ass anymore. Too cute.

Speaking of Porsche, this is also.

ADVAN Porsche 962C. Who owns this car? It's too amazing ...

This is also here. BUGATTI Chiron.

There are three Aston Martin DB9 GT Last of 9 by Q, Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, and Aston Martin DBS Superleggera.

McLaren is P1 and 675LT (McLaren P1, McLaren 675LT).

There were also many Lamborghini.

In no particular order, Lamborghini AVENTADOR LP700-4, Lamborghini AVENTADOR S, Lamborghini AVENTADOR SVJ, Lamborghini GALLARDO Spider, Lamborghini HURACAN Spider RWD, Lamborghini HURACAN Spider.

Lamborghini DIABLO GTR (Lamborghini Diablo GTR).

After having a lot of fun with the cars of the Japan Super Car Association, I went to the main exhibition hall of the Tokyo Big Site because it was a big deal this time.

And before that. There were various car exhibits on the way from the Aomi venue to the west and south exhibition halls, so be sure to check them out as well.

Exhibition of itasha

First of all, itashas (I wonder if the category is good).

I had encountered a Ferrari 488 Spider with Azur Lane specifications before, but this time I had a Ferrari 458 Spider. Also, it's a painful car of Dodge Challenger, which is amazing.

While looking at these cars, a group of high school boys said, "I don't know why to put an anime on a cool car. If you want to put a cute character, you should do it on a cute car. I like Ferrari simply." I heard my friends talking to each other.

While listening to such a conversation, "I understand, I understand. The simple and cool Ferrari is the best. But after 20 years, maybe you guys will say," I'll make Ferrari a painful car! " Remember, maybe you're supercar wrapping? I was laughing next to me. (← Just a weird aunt ^^)

Also, the Ferrari 458 Spider, which has a great amount of gold. It was really golden. It's too amazing! All the wheels are gold. Gold specifications that are too dazzling.

This shiny Ferrari, of course, was accompanied by a guard saying, "Please don't touch me," but I found a creature that was riding on this Ferrari.

That is here! A ladybug walking leisurely near the front emblem of Gold Ferrari. Cute ^^ ↓

I hear that insects like yellow, so I wonder if this ladybug was also drawn to the shiny golden color.

Tokyo Motor Show @ Tokyo Big Sight West / South Exhibition Center

Finally, we have arrived at the exhibition hall of Tokyo Big Sight.

Thankfully, I received two admission tickets this time, so I used this ticket to enter. Thank you ^^

When you enter, your belongings will be easily inspected, and when you enter after that, you will be asked to wear a wristband.

This wristband was such a ribbon type ↓. When you pass the ribbon loop around your wrist, the sister in charge will lift the white fastener up and adjust it to a length that will not fall off.

I got this on and thought, "I saw this type of wristband for the first time. But this seems to be easy to take, so when I don't need it, I can easily give it to another person." It was.

But, however. Even if I pull this wristband, surprisingly white fastener, in the direction of removing it this time, it does not move at all!

Properly, it was designed to move only in one direction (the one that closes), and it was locked in the direction that it was removed. amazing.

Well, I think it wouldn't make sense otherwise, but it seemed like it could be easily removed, so it was a little bit impressed by this wristband ^^

The venue is big anyway. I don't know where to go anymore.

The whole picture looks like this, and the supercars were exhibited in the Ariake area, which is displayed in red, and the exhibition halls (west and south) are also in this red area.

I didn't know where to go in the exhibition hall, so I went to the south exhibition hall first.

Is it a talk show with an entertainer? Comedy live? It seems that he was doing something like that.

There was a Mercedes-Benz booth in the back of this South Exhibition Hall, so I will go there.

I'm looking for a family car right now, so even though it's the venue for the Tokyo Motor Show, when I find a model that looks like a family car in the venue, I just seriously get into the back seat and consider it. have done. It's not such a place ~ (laughs).

This time Mercedes also recommends electric cars.

The theme of the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show was "Open Feature", and the vision was to expand the possibilities of the future.

There was also a Mercedes me cafe. Only here is a fashionable space.

Next, go to the Lexus booth.

A concept model called LF-30 Electrified. The body color was "Voltaic Sky" and it was very futuristic. How to open the door is amazing.

And here is what I wanted to see.

Lexus LC Convertible. This is not an LC500 convertible, but an LC convertible, isn't it?

There was also an Alpina corner (BMW ALPINA).

Does Alpina's wheel look like this now? ?? (I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with it at all ...).

Also, the yellow circle below this ↓ I didn't even know that ALPINA was included here like this.

If you walk further, you will see the Nissan booth.

Oh. Nissan Leaf NISMO RC-02. Somehow, it's really cool! !! New EV racing car. When I heard only the name "Nissan Leaf", I was surprised because I thought of a completely different car ^^

Nissan Fairlady Z 50th Anniversary, a car commemorating the 50th anniversary of the birth of Nissan Fairlady Z.

Nissan GT-R.

Oh yeah, at the Nissan booth, I was impressed to see the inside of this Serena car.

Because the back seat has a "table + cup holder" on the back of the front seat like this! It's like an airplane.

If you put children in this car, you will be told "I like this car with a table!" Rather than being pushed into the back seat of the narrow Porsche 911 Carrera, so please do not show it to the children I have to ... ^^ (Nissan, I'm sorry ... I can't show the kids the cars that seem to be comfortable in the back seats just because I want to continue riding the Porsche 911 (laughs)).

I also wanted to see the Alpine A110S. Vehicle weight 1,114 kg. After all it is light.

It seems that I entered the West Halls while walking. HONDA etc. are here.

HondaJet Elite

At Honda, there was a fairly large HondaJet corner.

This is a video where you can experience the HondaJet landing together. I looked up, but when I looked up and looked at the plane landing from the cockpit seat, I was swaying even if I was standing ^ ^

HondaJet started research and development with the dream of "making a flying sports car."

What's amazing is that the Honda Jet flies at an altitude of about 13,000m. By the way, it is about 12,000m for a normal airplane (passenger plane) and about 6,000m for a helicopter.

By flying at an altitude higher than that of a passenger aircraft, the influence of the weather and air resistance will be reduced, so it will be possible to fly faster, with lower fuel consumption, and more stably. Hey ~.

It seems that you can choose from several body colors, and it seems that you are looking at the configurator of the car ^ ^

Also, there is an exhibition of Honda's proud NSX. It's still cool.

There is also a motorcycle exhibition.

Is this the actual race? A model of a professional racer turning a corner is on display (the left side is a doll ↓), and how much the system is like when a person actually rides on the motorcycle on the right side. You can experience it.

I saw some people trying it out, but it was too hard just to ride on a motorcycle, and there were a lot of people who couldn't ride it in the first place (laughs).

Well, I think that it is difficult in the first place to take a system from this state where it is suddenly stationary instead of running and getting into this state at the corner ^ ^

I was able to take a quick look around, so I thought I should go home soon, and one thing I suddenly remembered.

Oh yeah, it seems that it was a story that supercars are certainly exhibited in the venue of the exhibition hall. Where is it ...

Looking at the pamphlet, it seems that it was above the south venue, so I went around from the outside and went up.

Then, it was just like a food area, and many kitchen cars were lined up, and many people were eating deliciously in front of it.

The weather was nice, so the food and desserts we eat outside seem to be the best. People from overseas also seemed to enjoy Japanese kitchen car food ^^

At the exhibition hall adjacent to the food area, first the booth of the Tokyo Auto Salon.

Somehow, there was also a gingling car. Chevrolet Impala made in 1958. It is said that it was restored and painted with metal.

At the booth next door, there is an exhibition of Super Car Day.

Oh oh. Porsche 911 GT2 RS is also here.

Moreover, white x black. It was fresh because it was white, which I hadn't seen much. Cute ^^

The pink Lamborghini in the back is black from pink to the back.

ZR Sports Drone Soccer

Also, I was a little worried about the "ZR Sports" exhibited next to these supercars.

AUTOBACS is exhibiting, and it seems that this competition is "drone soccer".

A team of five people will win if they control a ball-shaped drone and pass a lot of drones through the opponent's goal in time.

He actually did a demonstration, but can you see that a round drone shining in blue and pink is flying in the yellow circle?

This collides with each other, and while blocking the opponent, it is steered for the purpose of passing through the circle that is the goal of the other side. Actually, there are 5 people in one team, so 10 drones will fly around in such a venue, so I think that it is quite impressive.

My sister told me that this drone will run at about 100km / h, so it's already amazing speed. Children's play and sports will really change in the future.

While looking at the flying drone, suddenly, when I looked further ahead, this was what.

No, but even without it, Lamborghini is Miura.

Somehow, various cars are on display as a matter of course, so it's really amazing.

that? This kids car (is it?) BeforeLike I saw at the Tokyo Auto Salon..

Oh yeah, isn't it Chibi Orochi of Mitsuoka Motors' Orochi that Sphere Light and Liberty Walk collaborated and customized? Impressive reunion (laughs)? is.

This is Ferrari's DINO246GT. Made in 1973. This car was running in 1973, so it's amazing ...

And here is the 1952 MG TD. No, if I was surprised in 1973, it was 1952. I can't imagine that such a great car was running in 1952.

Also, although it is not a car, here is a moving product that I found at the BOSCH booth that was exhibited next to it.

Can you see that there are two screens on the left and right on the white counter (table)? This is a monitor, but it's transparent! !! The image was transferred to the transparent part on a monitor like glass.

In my case, this monitor may be the one I wanted the most at this Tokyo Motor Show (laughs). Even if I get it, I don't know what to use it for, but ^^

This is Dallara Stradale. When I first saw it, I had no idea what the car was ...

I was surprised at how much carbon was used and it was full of carbon, but what surprised me more than that was the lack of doors. There is no door!

It seems that they get on and off the car across the side window. That's too amazing ...

There was also a Tesla Model S. Recently, about Model SI am writing various thingsBecause of that, I was interested in it, so I got on board.

The screen is big. Where does the man just next to me play with the screen and control the autopilot? He touched me in various ways, so I saw him as "Fum Fum" from the side ^^

Furthermore, Senna of McLaren. Actually, on this day, I encountered Senna in another place, so it was a day when I met two Senna (and one is not an exhibition car) a day ^ ^

Finally, Aston Martin's DBS Superleggera Volante.

Recently, it has been talked about that the new BMW Kidney Grill has become huge, but I think that this grill is also quite large, but I wonder if it has a different feeling ... ^ ^?

So, I went to see the supercar, and I thought I should take a look at the exhibition hall, but I felt like I had almost gone around for some reason.

I haven't been to the Aomi venue, but ...

Although there was no official exhibition of Porsche, it was possible to have several cars in Porsche, and if many such various cars gathered together, cars that I would not dare to go to see etc. However, since I can easily meet and see it, I was more interested in it than I thought I would see it, and I was able to learn about technologies I did not know, so I enjoyed making various discoveries.

This time, I often heard / watched the opinion that I wouldn't go because there weren't many overseas manufacturers exhibiting, but for some reason it seemed that quite a few people were visiting even on weekdays when I went. It must have been very crowded on the weekend ... But I think it's a great success.

Also, if you can go to the 47th Tokyo Motor Show, let's go!
