2nd Porsche The Rally Amazing Moment 2019 Summary

Start from Tantarova del Museo Garden

By the way, finally, the rally run has started on this blog too ^^

The 2019 Porsche 911 Rally started at the Tantarova del Museo Garden in Gotemba. We asked the management staff to send us off, saying "Welcome!", And we started running while saying "I'm going!"

As was the case last time, this time I had my husband drive at first, and I started as a co-driver in the passenger seat.

The passenger seat co-driver reads the frame diagram

The role of the co-driver is to decipher the "frame diagram" received in advance and to navigate the driver, such as "turn left at the next signal". This is very important.

Yes, it's important, the passenger seat co-driver.

But I.

It was completely soaring. Beautiful Mt. Fuji in front of you. Already with great excitement, "Wow! Isn't it insanely beautiful ??? It's already the best rally day! The Porsche rally has come again. It's the best, no ~ I'm too happy ~", the assistant Taking a picture of Mt. Fuji with great excitement at the seat. Yeah, I was able to take a beautiful picture.

…When.

Only a minute or two after my husband left Museo, he said to me, "Hey, Porsche in the back, I turned left, is it okay?" A cool word.

fart?

Did the following Porsche turn left?

What?

... what! !! Who is looking at the frame diagram? ?? No one is watching! !!

I noticed that. I'm sorry, I was completely soaring and I didn't see the frame at all, so I don't know where I was heading ... (laughs).

I'm really sorry for what I came to ^^ I was participating last year and thought "I'm already used to the Porsche rally", but from the beginning I suddenly ignored the frame diagram.

I'm really sorry. It's not intentional. There is no malicious intent. I really don't even know where I was heading (laughs). How excited about the rally start.

From there, I hurriedly look at the frame diagram and somehow find a place that seems to be the next index. "Oh, there is a surprise donkey in the frame diagram of the intersection a few frames ahead, so let's run looking for this surprise donkey Gotemba store and join the pace car there!"

And safely ... the pace car came from behind, just as I was surprised to find a donkey. I'm sorry I got out in front of the pace car from the beginning. I'm really sorry….

Here, the pace car is a stop. It seems that the cars were too far apart at the start, so I had to wait for the following cars for a while. Ah, I'm glad I was able to join before this wait ^^

Greetings to the back while waiting.

He said, "You just went straight without turning left, right?" I'm sorry ~ ^^

Now, let's take a second look and start again. Mt. Fuji is in front of me. You can see this (excuse).

From here, I reflected on it (or rather, remembering what I should do in the rally ^^), and while looking at the frame diagram properly, I started running by following the route properly.

Checkpoint 1: Mizugatsuka Park

After leaving, we arrived at a checkpoint called "Mizugatsuka Park". Again, the checkpoint has a white Porsche flag, which is a landmark.

At this park, which is the first checkpoint of this rally, if you hand the stamp mount from inside the car to the staff without getting out of the car, the stamp will be stamped and returned.

Souvenirs that you can definitely do something at the Porsche Rally checkpoint

I handed over the stamp mount and received the mineral water of Fuji, which says Fuji Five Lakes, along with the stamped mount.

Oh yeah, Porsche rally, I got some souvenirs at each checkpoint! Nostalgic ~. This is also quite fun, such as "Oh, I got water here" even for a little bit ^ ^

At this checkpoint, the car town that is a little behind. Until the first checkpoint, "waiting for the following car" occurred in this way, but it is up to this point where you get used to it.

After that, basically, if you don't even pull out the pace car of your group, let's run by looking at the frame diagram as you like and aim for the checkpoint. You don't have to keep up with it before, or you can keep up with it.

While parking at this checkpoint, the group A pace car asked the cars around me, "What is the speed of the pace car? Too slow? Just right?"

… Well, that's it. As far as I could hear, the answers from the cars around me were "slow! Faster and OK!" ^^

Certainly, until I came here, it was a fairly slow run, probably because it was just after the start of the rally. "Then, let's increase the pace a little more", and we will start running toward the next checkpoint.

It's good, everyone, feelings and cars, I'm knocking down ^ ^!

Checkpoint 2: Makai Ranch

Well, I'll run more and more! !!

From the time I was aiming for the second checkpoint, my pace increased and I was able to run more comfortably.

The next checkpoint is "Makai no Farm".

This is the name we hear for the first time, and although it is written in hiragana, we thought, "Is this a" ranch of the demon world "...?" But I was curious, so I looked it up and found out.Official siteIt was written as follows.

"Students on a school trip said," I came to "The Ranch of the Makai" !!! "
It's a sequel ... In fact, "Makaino" at Makaino Farm is the owner's surname! "Makaino" in Chinese characters. It is written as Nohara who keeps a horse and is read as [Makai no]. 』\

And that. That's not the same level as I, "a student on a school trip with a strange tension" (laughs). No, it's good, but ^^! !!

Other than us, Entrant must have thought, "I'm at the ranch of the demon world!" perhaps. yes.

Here too, we will park the cars in the parking lot where you can see the beautiful Mt. Fuji.

And then to the building of Makai Ranch.

Please stamp here.

The staff will push it neatly, so you don't have to worry about your clumsy self saying "Oh, I couldn't push it properly", so I'm relieved to get a stamp without feeling nervous ^^

The souvenirs here are assorted sweets. I'm sure that the staff had prepared this PORSCHE ribbon one by one in advance, and I'm really grateful.

And when I thought about it later, I thought that this might have been the number one "point where you can buy souvenirs". Because various souvenirs were on sale.

In the last rally, the place I stopped by on the second day was a place where I could buy souvenirs, so I thought I could buy it somewhere on the second day, so I didn't buy anything here. However, in reality, I couldn't get enough time to stop by at other checkpoints, so I later asked, "Is Makai's ranch the number one souvenir point?"

Getting souvenirs is a bit of an important mission because there are people who take care of us in our private lives in order to participate in the rally. For my home.

Even so, it was a really refreshing and pleasant weather from the morning.

Mt. Fuji and Porsche 911 are always in front of me. The sun was coming out so it was hot under the sun.

The cabriolet was open and looked very comfortable. It was the first day of the race, which was also an open day.

Under such circumstances, we will run in GT3 while rattling and saying "Gacha Gacha" (laughs). Probably not "comfortable" in general, Porsche 911 GT3 ride quality. When you feel comfortable with this and enjoy it, I wonder if you can understand my "Porsche soaring degree" ^ ^

I usually spend a lot of time with Carrera, but I haven't spent that long with GT3, so it was fun to be with him all day long. ..

It was really cute even though it was noisy. And at this rally, I was able to realize the awesomeness of GT3 more than ever. Porsche 911 is too good.

Continued next ~.
