After that, the second status (02/08) out of the 8 items displayed on my My Porsche site, which can be confirmed on the web, is "The final deadline for accepting specification changes has been reached." The scheduled date was March 1-4, 2023 (which fluctuated depending on the day).

And in fact, as of March 6, 2023, it will be in the status of "The final deadline for accepting specification changes has been reached." ↓

Even after the status moved to 02, I was tracking the production status with My Porsche every day, but as you can see from the screenshots I took at that time, the schedule displayed in My Porsche fluctuated. was

The date written in pink is the date when the screenshot was taken, and I think it would be easier to understand if you could compare the contents within the yellow frame, but the "production start date" and "production process completion date" have changed. You can see that ↓

I only took screenshots when there was a change in the schedule, but in reality, I was looking at this schedule screen every day (laughs).

As mentioned above, the status changed from 01 to 02 on March 6, 2023, but the display on My Porsche is March 3, 2023.

At this point, "March 22, 2023" was displayed as the scheduled date for the status to change from 02 to 03.

Therefore, from this day onwards, I was looking forward to March 22nd, wondering if the next movement would be around March 22nd. ↓

But.

But, but, even after that, I can live without waiting, but the status never changes to production start.

So, on March 28th, 2023, I contacted the sales representative, and according to the status they confirmed, my Porsche 911 was in the status of "Production plan completed" as of March 17th, 2023. In that case, it was said that production would normally start within two weeks from that day.

If you say two weeks from March 17th... do you think it will be good if production starts by March 31st? Hmmm.

For the time being, I understood the situation, so I slept with peace of mind... The next morning.

Of course, I've been wondering since the morning, and when I checked my Porsche after 4 o'clock in the morning on March 29, it came on! ! !

Finally, the status has changed to the third of the eight, "03 Customer's Porsche production started".

I'm so happy! !

By the way, I think this status 03 day displayed on My Porsche is German time, so March 28, 2023.

So, my current Porsche 911 status changes are:

The number of days it takes to manufacture a Porsche 911 is about 6 to 7 days

The next status 04, which began to appear at the same time as the status changed to 03, is finally "Completion of the production process", and the scheduled date is April 3, 2023.

Many people are surprised to hear that it takes only about a week to make a Porsche 911, but it seems that it can be done in 5 to 6 days at the earliest. It was completed in about ^^ * It may take up to 2 weeks depending on the option to attach.

By the way, German time on April 3rd means April 4th (Tuesday) in Japan.
