Infield area in the center of the track at Laguna Seca
Until now, I had been looking at the exhibits in the so-called "outside the track (circuit course)" area of Laguna Seca.
Now, I would like to cross this bridge↓ and go to the area inside the truck.
The steps on the bridge to cross the course are actually made of wood.
It still looked sturdy, but as I watched so many people go back and forth over and over again, I thought to myself, ``I wonder if one day this tree will suddenly rot away while I'm walking.'' “…” I was a little nervous.
After crossing the bridge and arriving at the inner area of the course, you can of course see the course from the inside.
As soon as we got inside the course, there was not only a bright red Porsche waiting for us...
There's also a bright red ATM (lol).
At this event, there were several ATMs where you can withdraw cash even in today's world where many card payments are made.
There are many shops in this inner central area, so this is important from the organizer's perspective.
Ping Pig will also be there to welcome you.
This pink pigArtist named Kelly TelferIt seems to be an arrangement of a pig exhibit that he happened to come across.
There were various shops set up in the area inside the course.
A shop that sells Porsche and car-related art...
There was a shop that deals with things like Porsche interiors, as well as a variety of other shops.
This is tech art.
This is the first Porsche I've ever seen with a real tech art emblem (crest) attached.
Ducktail for 992 coupe type. That's nice...
Well, there were a lot of shops opening up, especially car parts and equipment shops, and demo cars were brought in, so I had a lot to look at.
HOONIGAN: Ken Block's Hoonipigasus
As I was walking around looking around, this amazing pink Porsche caught my eye.
So, you!
Ken Block, who passed away in January 2023, owned the Porsche "Porsche" that was made for Pikes Peak.hooni pegasus', 1,400 horsepower.
Pikes Peak, which was the 100th anniversary in 2022, was not run due to a prior engine failure, and after Ken Block passed away, his eldest daughter Leah Block drove to the summit for the 101st time. It was said that it was taken to
There was also a shop that sold books and manuals about Porsche from the old days...
It seemed like you could get almost all the back issues of 000 Magazine here.
000 is an American Porsche magazine, but it feels more like a photo book than a magazine, and I thought, ``Even if I don't read it, it would be nice to have all the volumes,'' but each issue costs 80 dollars (approximately 12,000 dollars). yen), so I didn't hesitate to purchase it. mother.
What is Porsche Sonderwunsch?: Sonderwunsch
Porsche's Sonderwunsch is a program that allows individuals to specially order a Porsche, and was originally offered as the ``Sonderwunsch program'' in the late 1970s.
This can now be ordered even today, and those who wish can still create a one-off Porsche with Porsche Sonderbunsch experts.

There was an exhibition area for Sonderbunsch, so of course I decided to go in. I'm interested!
On this day, I wanted to ask a few questions about the Sonderbunsch, so I had a chat with an old man who was a member of the staff there (he was extremely kind and nice).
"The man over there is Mr. Sonderbunsch, who knows everything about Sonderbunsch. I'll introduce him to you."
Mr. Sonderbunsch was busy with other customers and seemed to be taking a long time, so I refrained from saying hello.
Now that I think about it, I don't often get the chance to talk to Mr. Sonderbunsch, so I should have waited a little longer to say hello. I regret it a little.
There was also an exhibition of PCCM (which worked properly) at this place. It's nice that you can see everything moving right in front of your eyes and it's easy to understand.
I was also happy that there were color samples of PTS!
Because beforeWhen I was thinking of ordering a GT3, I was thinking of purchasing a PTS color called "Viola Metallic".So I wanted to actually see the color samples.
As I was trying to find it, another Sonderbunsch guy came over and asked, ``What color are you looking for?'' He looked for the color I wanted and gave it to me. Everyone is kind.
Furthermore, "Oh, Viola Metallic is nice. But then, check out my other recommendation and compare."
and ``Amethyst Metallic.''
Here is a plate of color samples given to us indoors. The one on the left is Viola Metallic and the one on the right is Amethyst Metallic.
That moment when I tried to compare them.
This time, the older brother said, ``I have one more recommendation. It's hard to see indoors, so it's best to look at it under the sun. Let's go outside!'' and he took the color sample outside. , let me compare them under the sunlight.
You are really too kind! !
It's much easier to see the difference when compared under the sun, and what I wanted to know the most was, ``Does it turn purple (more than you think) when exposed to strong sunlight?'' It was great because I was able to confirm my doubts, such as, ``This is when it looks the brightest.''
In the photo, the plate your brother is holding is amethyst metallic on the top (on his left hand) and viola metallic on the bottom.
The other color I want right now is the color ``Aubergine'' that has just been added to PTS in 2024.
Even before I started considering PTS in GT3, I had always decided that if I wanted to play PTS someday, this would be the color I wanted, and that color was Aubergine Light Pearl.
However, this was actually the color in which Singer was made, so it was not available in Porsche's PTS.
So I went with Viola Metallic, which is the closest to this, but once Overgene was added to PTS, that was probably the closest to what I wanted.
Unfortunately, however, no sample of Overgene had arrived yet.

However, I had a really fun time talking with my brother about various things and checking out Viola Metallic.
Even though we only talked a little here, once I had the experience of being taught so carefully one by one, I really hope that someday I will be able to buy the Porsche of my dreams at Sonderbunsch without any compromises, and the Sonderbunsch members I dreamed of making it with you ^^
Additionally, the latest issue of ORIGINALE will be distributed free of charge at this venue. I received it too, but can you see the RR7 stamp on the bottom right corner of the booklet?
You can press this commemorative stamp as much as you like anywhere you like, and it became a great memento ^^
Thank you to everyone at Sonderbunsch.
Porsche Classic Restoration Challenge
Furthermore, when you walk inside the infield, Porsches are everywhere.
Porsches lined up around hereNorth American Porsche centers compete in restoration of classic PorschesDoing ``The 2023 Porsche Classic Restoration ChallengeIt seems that these were the cars shown in the show.
On other days, there may be a row of 356s on display.
Just like the Pink Pig, there were a lot of humorous stickers with designs showing the parts of the meat. ↓
Surprisingly, this 356 was the car of the person I greeted in the parking lot when I left the hotel in the morning↓. A little impressed ^^
All 356 were very unique.
Each owner has a different way of expressing their individuality, and you can tell that they are very particular about something, and that they are having fun doing a lot of things.
Although only one (?) car was on display, there was also one for sale.
Porsche Club of America
This yellow booth is exhibited by the Porsche Club of America.
Perhaps cars selected from Porsche club members' Porsches are on display...
Face fuck like this? There are also several Porsche panels that can be used. So cute ^^
I was told that the Porsche Club of America was selling commemorative RR7 grille badges, so I bought one as a commemorative gift. My first grill badge.
By the way, this badge was also sold to non-Porsche Club members (limited to 2,000 pieces), and the members said, ``It doesn't matter if you're not a member, by all means wear it ^^! '', and also gave me a fan that can be folded up and said, ``Please take this too.''
Everyone is really generous and kind ^^
I'm happy every time I get to interact with people who love Porsche.
The exhibition booths of shops and other shops were located around the pond in the center (Is that okay? Pond), but the Porsche parking was located a little far from there.
Porsches of people participating are parked all over the place.
There are so many Porsches parked there, from classic Porsches to the latest Porsches and various colors, that it felt like it would be quite a Porsche tour just to look at each car in this parking area.
What color is this blue?
I saw a lot of Porsches lined up, and even when I was walking around, there were always Porsches running around the circuit.
It wasn't a parade run race, and it was a cup race somehow.
Scenes that cannot be seen normally are spreading out in front of my eyes, and Porsches that cannot be seen normally are running in front of me as if it were normal.
911 Sport Classic
This is a 911 Sport Classic. I haven't seen the actual car yet, so I'm glad to see it here ^^
After all, this sports classic ducktail is cute.
Another sports classic here.
Apparently this sports classic went to Zuffenhausen and was picked up.
Of the Sports Classic, which is limited to 1,250 cars worldwide, only one is in the color of this car, Linden Green.
This color, also known as Chartreuse, was also an optional color for the original Carrera RS.
By the way, this is a trivial topic, but speaking of Chartreuse, I love Chartreuse VEP Vert (←Alcohol).
I'm sorry if this is really irrelevant information (lol). I just recently became addicted to it.
The 992 type GT3 RS will finally start being delivered in Japan.
It's been a while since we metHowever, the power of the wing is amazing (lol).
Well, this episode is getting too long, so I'll stop here.
