Day trip Karuizawa drive by Ferrari
For the most part, my actions are imaginative.
Suddenly, I wanted to eat delicious "walnut soba", so I invited my husband to "Hey, why don't you go to Karuizawa (Saku to be exact) to eat walnut soba?"
I'm really grateful to my husband who says "Well, let's go" instead of saying "Huh?" To my sudden proposal ^^

However. Even such a husband seemed to think that "just eating walnut soba is not enough to make a round trip from Tokyo to Karuizawa", and it seems that he planned to incorporate another schedule together.
That is, "I went to see a pension owner in Karuizawa, who I met by chance in Karuizawa about 20 years ago."
Anyway, I would like to start!
The weather was really nice this time, it wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold, so I decided to go by Ferrari California T to go by open car.
A110 Blue Alpine Metallic
Alpine A110 was also running comfortably. This blue color called "Blue Alpine Metallic" is a very beautiful color, so even if you look far away, you can tell at a glance "Oh, A110 has come!".
When you look from behind like this, you can see the diffuser quite a bit ~ ^^
By the way, Mr. A110 here, the reading is "Awanten".
By the way, when I see this bridge, I always think, "Oh, I came to Karuizawa."
It was about 20 years ago that I happened to meet the above-mentioned pension owner in Karuizawa. I still vividly remember crossing this bridge with a BMW Z3 at that time. It looks like the bridge was whiter. Is it dirty (laughs)?
Since I met the pension owner by chance, I decided to go out together with everyone because I didn't understand it ... Only once, I played with them in Karuizawa for the first time. There was something.
What I did was ... We all went to see the night sky at an observatory (private) somewhere in Karuizawa ^^
My husband and I at this time were not even married yet. The man who owns the pension is about the age of my parents.
At that time, smartphones weren't widespread, and it wasn't the time when older people could easily handle emails, so at that time, after farewell in Karuizawa, it was left as it was.
My husband suddenly remembered such a pension owner, and when I tried hard to remember the name of the pension that he was said to run, it seemed that it was still open. I decided to go without an appointment to thank you for having a very good time at that time and to ask for greetings.
For me, it might be strange for me to suddenly say "Let's go eat walnut soba!", But I remembered the one my husband suddenly met 20 years ago and went to see him. It was strange that I said this because it was so abrupt.
The drive destination is Tsumagoi (Kitakaruizawa)
The location of the pension was Kitakaruizawa, which is about 30 minutes further from Karuizawa.
I don't know how to get there, so I'd like to use a car navigation system, but when it comes to Ferrari navigation, I'm really sorry to say this, but it's "useless" (laughs). Oh, I told you.
That's why I decided to ask Google teacher to navigate with my smartphone in the passenger seat.
The fresh green of Karuizawa this season is really pleasant.
A bright red Ferrari that runs through the green. Hmm? I feel that the manufacturer is different, but I don't care ^^
As I continued to run in a very comfortable environment, the road gradually became like a little forest.
A display with the names of many pensions appeared, so I wondered if there were many pensions when I entered the back of this road.
My family has a fixed place to stay in Karuizawa (because it is not a pension), so it is hard to come deep into such a forest.
Then, the road became really terrible, and I felt like, "Here, where you can never come." The road is no longer paved ...
e? Google Sensei, are you going here? Really?
Before, I was guided by a terrific road by Google teacher, and I had a troubled experience when I was blocked in all directions with Porsche 911 GT3.
Still, I still have a lot of trust in Google Sensei. People are weak in their minds ... No, they must think of me as a single-minded person.

Drive through the woods with Ferrari
My husband who was driving said, "Is it really okay to proceed as it is? Isn't it better to make a U-turn?" ", Ferrari advances with the tech-to-navigation of me and Google teacher.
No, no, but after all, this wasn't the way to go for Ferrari (laughs).
The road is gradually disappearing ... The forest road ... At the end ... well, it became "grass" where there was no way anymore (laughs). It's a dead end, so to speak. It's impossible. * On the map, the road that looks like a fairly large road continues ...
... and notice it earlier? That's right, Google Sensei would give you another test (eh? My problem telling Navi (laughs)?).
Google teacher, please be kinder, because I trust you so much ^ ^
By the way, it was in the news a few days ago, but it seems that you can start displaying the speed limit of Google, the speed limit of the road, the position of the crackdown camera, etc. on the map.
The other day, when my husband looked at Google Maps, such information was displayed and I was thinking "that?".
This kind of information display is also very useful and helpful, but I also want the option to display only the roads that can be run properly ... ^ ^
In the end, I managed to make a U-turn in the woods, returned to the road I came from, and this time I ran toward a big road, just looking at Google Maps, without relying on Google teachers.
I found a route that I could enter from the main street to the location of the pension, and although this was not a good road, I managed to arrive safely! It was good ^^
Ping pong the pension with sake that the owner seems to like. Wonder if there….
When. Oh. The owner was there! Impressive reunion.
When I said hello from here, "I went to the observatory together at that time," he remembered me well, "Ah! Since then, every year, with the people I went with," I went to the observatory at that time. " I was talking about it. "
And what surprised me was that although it seemed that it was still operating normally on the Internet, it was actually the end of Golden Week that the pension was closed. The owner and his wife have already grown older.
Since the buyer of the pension has also been decided, it seems that he was about to move to another prefecture in the near future.
Therefore, I thought at this time that my husband suddenly said "Let's go see you" because he really "feels something". At this time, I couldn't see him for the rest of my life if I hadn't visited.
For those who have met only once in the past for 20 years, that one encounter is so much fun that it can still be handed down, and that encounter will surely make the present shape of our couple. It may be one of the factors that I'm having, and I heard that the owner I met at that time would let go of the pension that had been run by the couple until now ... Involuntarily tears.
I think it would have been a problem if I suddenly visited from Tokyo for the first time in 20 years and suddenly cried (I'm sorry ^^), but at this time, I was able to meet again, exchange contact information, and the owner. It was a really moving moment, with the feelings of the people, the long flow of 20 years, and various things.
After the moving reunion, we will say goodbye to the owner and head to Saku City to move on to the next future.
By the way, Ferrari ran through the terrible forest road, and when I checked it, there were no scratches, and the tires were just mud and dusty. It was good ^^
Run on the Onioshi Highway
I ran on a road in the woods that was too terrible to go, so I want to drive on the well-maintained road without making a mistake on my way home! So, to fix it (?) To the toll road.
here,Porsche Karuizawa RallyMaybe since I ran in At that time, everyone was really fast and scary (laughs). That is also a good memory.
The bus I met on the way to Saku said "Come to Saku City !!" and unintentionally replied "Wow, high, I'm going now!" (Laughs).
About Saku City, I was able to eat walnut soba that I suddenly wanted to eat. Ah happy. Walnut soba, delicious ^^
I like dandan noodles, but I think that many people who like dandan noodles like so-called sesame paste, and I wonder if there is something similar to walnut paste.
So, I'm sure I like dandan noodles = walnut soba. Is it different ^^?
First drive Ferrari!
Now! !! I was able to meet the pension owner again and eat walnut soba, so I will return to Tokyo soon. And this way back. It was a very big first experience for me.
Yes, that's "the first time I've driven a Ferrari California T"! !!
Until now, Ferrari has never driven because (for me) I can't see the front well, I'm afraid of the sense of width, and so on. I still don't have the courage to drive in Tokyo, but I think it's not so difficult to drive on the highway "between parking areas". I thought, this time, my first drive!
On the way back from Karuizawa, I drove the section from Yokokawa PA (of course, Kamameshi Get) to Miyoshi PA. Hmmm, the first Ferrari driving. A little touching ~ ^^!
The first thing that surprised me was the light steering wheel. If you are accustomed to Porsche, if you drive unconsciously with that feeling, you may think that Ferrari will sway. I drove by pushing the steering wheel forward more firmly than usual.
And Ferrari, Osoroshii.
What is Osoroshii ... Of course, if you step on it, you will get a tremendous speed and you will feel "Oh, I feel good!", But it is scary when you are running normally, not at that time.
Because, just by driving normally, when I suddenly notice it, a tremendous speed comes out ^ ^ It is natural that "Well, did you come out so much?", Even though I do not feel the speed, actually Is said to be speeding up. From Ferrari's point of view, the feeling that "this speed will come out as a matter of course" was amazing.
On the way, I also encountered Porsche 718 Cayman S. As soon as I encountered it, I entered the PA, so I was disappointed that I could hardly run with it.
Driving Ferrari was a lot of fun. But one more thing I had trouble driving Ferrari. What that means is that "everyone will come".
It was my first Ferrari driving and I wasn't used to it yet, so I thought I'd run behind someone, and even if the distance between the car and the car in front was messed up, the one in front would be the Ferrari in the rearview mirror. Did you catch it? The moment I thought about it, I felt like I was going away.
Then I have no choice but to proceed ... Hmmm, I want to keep up with someone, but I can't keep up with them. Is this the so-called "fate of a fast car"? I'm driving, so it's not a fast car (tears).
So, sometimes I enjoyed stepping in the overtaking lane, and when I was a little nervous and tired, I entered the middle lane and ran leisurely ^^ It was fun!
This was my first Ferrari drive, so there may be some problems with getting used to it, but I wonder if Porsche is the best fit. Driving Porsche is the most fun for me after all ^ ^ But since it is a big deal, I would like to enjoy driving Ferrari little by little from now on.
