Final Day of GIRO Japan 2025
It's finally the third and final day of GIRO Japan 2025. This will be the last blog post about this year's GIRO experience (though there's still more to say about the return ferry at the end lol).
Finally, let's go!
The third morning at GIRO was a buffet-style breakfast, just like the second morning. Of the many Japanese and Western dishes on offer, seafood was by far the most popular.
That day, I woke up excited about making a bowl of salmon roe rice ^^ Ah, I'm so happy.

It may be a little hard to see, but these are the breakfast buffets:
There are so many varieties that it's impossible to eat them all. They also made egg dishes for you if you ordered.

On this day too, we will depart after the drivers' meeting after breakfast.

We will be starting from the same place as yesterday, but even though we will be in the same environment as yesterday, with the same cars lined up as yesterday,
"Oh, I guess I'll say goodbye when I get to the last lunch venue after this run."
It was a morning that made me feel a little sentimental, thinking that GIRO was about to end.

However, there were several groups of people attending GIRO who brought along small children, so it was heartwarming to see the children full of energy and having fun from the morning, and it was a morning filled with smiles.

Both Lamborghinis are cool.

I'm also grateful for our Huracan EVO.
They have given us so many wonderful experiences and shown us so many unknown parts of the world.

With the staff and hotel staff seeing us off, we finally set off on our final day of touring.

On this day, we rode through the great outdoors at times, and there were places along the way where there was no mobile phone signal for several kilometers.
There was no IP radio coverage in that section, so there were some long periods of time when there was no radio communication. It felt a little strange because we had been receiving various radio messages and conversations up until that point, but even so, it was a wonderful drive and refreshing just to look at the scenery as we drove through beautiful nature.

And above all, it was really fun to hear the roar of the Lamborghini when we entered the tunnel.

Tokuju Farm Restaurant KANTO
The first stop on the third day of touring at GIRO JAPAN 2025 was a place called Tokuju Farm Restaurant KANTO.

The restaurant is run by Tokuju Farm, which raises Shiraoi cattle in Shiraoi Town.
On this GIRO tour, we did not eat at this restaurant, but rather stopped off as a rest stop.

They also produce white strawberries called "Angel Strawberries" here, and we had the opportunity to try some.
There were also red strawberries underneath the white ones, and both were delicious.

It seemed that a group of Chinese tourists was also in attendance, and everyone there was amazed by the sudden appearance of so many Lamborghinis.

It's certainly quite an amazing sight when all those Lamborghini cars suddenly come in and start lining up.
If I had been there, I would have been surprised and said "What, what?!"

Depart for the final destination
Our next destination is the last one we will reach by vehicle on this GIRO tour.
We were planning to drop off the cars at a location near New Chitose Airport, so we first made a final tour there.
On the last highway we used to get there, Group D happened to overtake Group C, who had just moved into the left lane, in the passing lane, which meant that for the first time on this trip we were able to see Lamborghinis in both lanes.
※I didn't ride like this the whole time, this photo just captures the moment I was overtaken (usually I don't overtake on tours).

And then the driver of the lead car in our group made a fatal mistake.
Because my destination was near New Chitose Airport, the exit to get off the expressway should have been "Chitose" according to the map, but I ended up skipping the Chitose exit and going further.
We hurriedly got off at the next exit, Eniwa, and all did a U-turn (lol).

The driver must have been anxious.
However, even when these kinds of mishaps happen, we all communicate over the radio, wondering "What's going on?", and it's a fun experience to get back on the original route together.
I think it was a good thing that such an incident happened (as long as there were no problems in the end) because it would leave a happy and fond memory for later.
Since I had stayed the night before this GIRO in Eniwa, my GIRO trip unintentionally started and ended in Eniwa.

I can see the finish line.

After this we moved to another location for lunch, but as each car was handed over here, this was the finish line for the GIRO Japan 2025 event.

I guess the Audi team that led this GIRO has completed their mission here. Thank you very much.

Everyone's cars will be lined up, and then the transport staff will transport them to their homes.

We were allowed to park the cars here, and the owners would head to the airport by bus...

We continue to follow the bus in our car to the airport.

That's because on the way back, we plan to take the car from Tomakomai to Oarai by ferry again, and then drive it from Oarai to our home in Tokyo.
Since I couldn't leave my car there, I drove myself to the airport.

The staff also came to see us off when we departed for the airport from the finish line.
Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and the most enjoyable 3 days!

Arrived at New Chitose Airport.

We parked our car again in the same place we took it to on the first day of the GIRO.
On the way there, there were a lot of Lamborghinis parked here, but on the way back, there was only my car... What a lonely scene. It was a scene that made me realize that GIRO was finally coming to an end.

There are no other Lamborghinis visible here, but there was in fact another couple who had transported their Revuelto from Osaka to Hokkaido GIRO themselves, and they ended up in the parking lot here as well.
The couple took a ferry from Tsuruga to Tomakomai. It takes about 20 hours from Tsuruga to Tomakomai, and about 19 hours from Tomakomai to Oarai (about 17 hours on the way there), so the travel time is surprisingly the same.
By the way, this couple is truly a Revuelto, and apparently they transported it all by loading it onto a truck. Amazing!
Lunch and closing ceremony at TATERU YOSHINO
Lunch on the third day, and the final day of GIRO Japan 2025, was at the restaurant "TATERU YOSHINO" located inside Portom International Hokkaido, which is directly connected to New Chitose Airport.

Here too, we enjoyed delicious food right until the very end and listened to many fascinating stories from the couple who were with us, resulting in a truly enjoyable time.
After this, most people were able to start drinking alcohol at this lunch place because they didn't have to drive anymore and were going home by plane, but we still had to drive after this, so we reluctantly had non-alcoholic drinks ^^

While we were having lunch here, the GIRO Japan closing ceremony was also held.
After a greeting from Paolo, CEO of Lamborghini Japan, participants (or groups) were called to the front one by one and given a certificate by Paolo for participating in GIRO, and then taken a commemorative photo.
Young children were given presents for participating (as there was a separate stamp rally event) and they looked very happy.

The new CEO, Paolo, was a very calm and kind person.
It was shortly after he took up his post at Lamborghini in Japan that GIRO came to the event, but I hope Paolo enjoyed his Lamborghini journey through the majestic land of Hokkaido.
This was our family's second time attending the Lamborghini Esperienza GIRO JAPAN 2025 Hokkaido, and once again we had many wonderful and memorable experiences.

Above all, at GIRO, the "encounters" we have here are the most important and valuable to us.
I am grateful to have met everyone, including those I met at the last GIRO.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Lamborghini, Lamborghini Japan, Lamborghini Shiba (Corns Motors), other Lamborghini dealers, and the organizers for giving us this wonderful opportunity, as well as to all the participants who allowed us to enjoy the three days and two nights with them.

GIRO Japan was a once in a lifetime experience for us all, as we all enjoyed driving the amazing Lamborghinis in the perfect weather in Hokkaido.
And once again, I would like to thank everyone who read this long story to the end. Thank you very much!
…But I will write about the return ferry at the very end, so I hope you will take a look at that too. It's long (lol).
Thank you very much!
