Make a Porsche Taycan with a 3D pen

Posted: Posted:

Make a frame with a 3D pen

I once bought a 3D pen, a toy for children, that can draw things in 3D (Is it okay to say that?).

Since the ink (gel?) Hardens, you can draw something three-dimensionally.

This time, there was a person who made a Porsche Taycan using this 3D pen (not a child's toy ^ ^), so I took a look. This is amazing. * The video is at the bottom of the page.

First of all, I will make a frame with a 3D pen according to the drawing of Taycan.

First of all, take the frame.

The large surface is shaped like this by solidifying it into an amiami shape.

After combining the created frames and creating the shape of the Taycan, then fill the three-dimensional Taycan frame again with a 3D pen.

The work of making it into amiami, making it even finer, and filling it.

After making the frame with the 3D pen, use a soldering iron to smooth the surface (Is it while melting the gel?) And prepare it neatly.

And sanding.

Add sanding putty and polish further. Polished with sanding paper.

Ah, this video is in Korean, so I don't understand the content and subtitles explained at all. So I'm sorry if my understanding is a little different.

Small parts are also made separately and will be installed.

This is where I'm making headlights ~ ↓

When I first thought "Make a Taycan with a 3D pen?", I imagined something simpler, but it's too serious.

The Taycan's body was painted green before the headlights and (possibly plastic) windshield were installed. Was the image of Mamba Green Metallic ^^

Reference article:All 17 colors of Taycan images

I wonder if it will be completed by adding headlights to this.

The light is also lit by LED

... and I think.

The LED light came out! !! !!

Maybe I'll put in some lights too? ?? ??

Yeah, it was prepared after all. amazing.

The headlights are also lit perfectly. As you can see in the video, it's a 4-lamp type ~ ^^

Not only that, the rear is also lit. Somehow it's already cool.

No, is this complete? The quality is high!

I was thinking, but it wasn't over yet.

Because it's Korean, even if something is explained, I don't know the next development, so after the video comes out, it will be "Oh" ^ ^

Eventually to radio control

Here is the one that came out ↓ Yes, maybe it will move ~.

Yes, this Taycan seems to have a radio-controlled base, and it fits nicely there, and this Taycan suddenly becomes a radio-controlled car with a light.

I was running in the snow.

It's really amazing. The first is a finished product that does not seem to start from a 3D pen.

If you look only at this picture, is it a real Taycan? It seems that you will think ^ ^

There are creative people in the world and I am always impressed.

The reason why this bonnet seems to be dented at the end rather than in the middle of production is that the frame has become unbearable while running ...?

Also, after running in the snow, there was a video that was warming because it looked like a body warmer, so did it get cold and stuck?

By the way, the real Taycan does not affect the battery performance even in the cold, though ~ ^ ^ (Reference article:After all the performance of Taycan may be amazing)
