Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM)
An explanation video about the sports suspension of the new Porsche 911 was uploaded again.

This time it was about Porsche 992's "Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM)".
PASM is an electronically controlled damper system that actively adjusts the damping force of each damper steplessly according to the road surface conditions and driving style (Porsche official websiteThan).
Porsche has not been successful so far, and it seems that the new Porsche 911 Turbo S has been further redesigned and improved to a new generation PASM sports chassis that has been developed.
As a result, it becomes more comfortable and stable.
PASM reduces the roll of the body, which makes driving more comfortable and enhances dynamics such as road holding, steering behavior, and cornering.
Vehicle height reduced by 10 mm with PASM
When PASM's high-performance sports suspension (optional) is installed, the car body is 10 mm lower.
In the video, it is easy to understand because it shows the inside of the actual turbo S again from here, but PASM adjusts the springs, dampers, and anti-roll bars on the left and right like this.
The rear axle has more springs.
