992 is more comfortable to ride than 991.2

Compared to that, the 992 is considerably more comfortable to ride, and it feels like "Wow, it's kind of comfortable." It may be because it is a base model, but I felt that it was optimized for everyday use ^ ^

By the way, 992 is such a newcomer, but there are quite a few points that I think are "different" compared to 991.2, so I would like to write my first impressions in the future. .. There are many differences that even I, who is insensitive, notice.

This time, I will talk about 992 first, but I will write about break-in.

Right now, I have a feeling that I want to finish the break-in period as soon as possible, so I ride the 992 more often, and if I ride it further, I will open the hood because it is a cabriolet except on a very cold day. The situation.

As for my selfishness, I don't like to wear a lot of coats and open it in the cold winter, so I said, "Even if you don't look like that, the heater and seat heater in the car are cold enough. "It's about to get rid of it" is an index when opening the hood when it's cold.

Still, there are many warm days these days, and I'm really happy because there are many days when I can open it quite easily (without a coat). The rate of opening is quite high except on the highway. Hmmm fun.

The cabriolet feels very connected to the outside, and I think it's especially connected to nature.

Yes, I'm likely to say that I wouldn't care about break-in, but that's what I'm talking about, and it's an important Porsche 911. Therefore, it is suddenly a super serious mode.

It seems that he is always enduring that he should not turn more than 4,000 rpm until the first 1,000 km, and if it is true, he wants to press the sports response button and feel the wonderful performance of the 992 MAX. It's a difficult situation, but I have to put up with it and endure it.

With a small button in the center of the mode switch, just press it and Porsche's drivetrain will achieve maximum acceleration for 20 seconds. The turbocharger overboosts and the PDK gearbox automatically selects the right gear for maximum acceleration.

The "Porsche 911 break-in" written in the Porsche 911 manual was as follows (hereinafter, the blue frame is an excerpt from the 992 manual).

Yeah. After all it was not 1,000 km! It was "3,000 km at less than 4,000 rpm"! !! !! That was it. It was 3,000 km. That long distance! !! !!

But it was good to be able to confirm.

If Porsche says "please do so", I will do so seriously. I don't know what is mechanical, so I want to keep what I'm told as much as possible. I can't judge what is really good for the car.

so. On this day, the mileage of 992 finally reached 991km ...

At 992km ...

I couldn't shoot 993km due to the driving situation (sorry), so it became 996km ...

It's 997km ... I mean, I'm completely playing with Porsche's model (laughs), but every time I go up 1km, "Hi, I came, teary eyes 996 ~" 1 High tension in the passenger car.

If you are alone in the car, you will be exposed to metamorphosis. I'm embarrassed myself, so I usually turn off the voice of the dashcam (laughs). My own metamorphosis measures. What is it?

so! Finally, finally 999km.

Then ... Congratulations! It is 1,000 km.

Is it 1,000 km? No, congratulations, 992-chan! !! really like. Confessed in a hurry.

If it was true, the moment I saw this "1,000km", it was supposed to be "Let's go!", But in reality, "Yeah, congratulations on 1,000km. So, I can't press the button yet ... "and ran quietly.

But, in fact (although it's not that much), the 911 will of course increase the number of revolutions if you suddenly step on it and fully open it, but if you slowly and slowly raise the accelerator, you will reach 992. Even up to about 2,000 rpm, the speed is quite high (without using any paddles).

So, in reality, if you slowly turn on the accelerator and increase the speed step by step, you will be entertained considerably in terms of speed ^ ^

Ferrari came by chance at the highway the other day, so I asked him to follow me behind me. And behind me is LC500.

I enjoyed running.

At the beginning of the moment when Ferrari was stepped on, I could leave it for a while, but even with 992, I adjusted it to 4,000 rpm or less if I did not squeeze it all at once, and I was able to run as much as I could.

It was kind of fun to adjust and run while watching the number of revolutions. I don't know if it's the correct break-in, but it's okay.

The 992 also looked fun (not that problem).

After all, the break-in wasn't finished yet, so this was me who wanted to run a little longer.

As usual, I ride 991.2 or 992 every day, and every time I get impressed, feel, and think too much, I feel incoherent when I try to write what I think.
