Problems with Porsche 911 (992) and how to cancel the WET mode warning

The rainy season is just around the corner! It is in Tokyo where the weather is like that.

I run in a 992 cabriolet even in such heavy rain.

The other dayHusband's M3I ran behind him and it was a lot of fun. The appearance of M3 running is quite powerful. I was able to feel the acceleration feeling from behind that would be left behind if I was absent ^ ^

Well, on this heavy rainy day I had something to try with 992.

That is, "Try to cancel the warning when you are warned that you should be careful when driving from 992 when you are in WET mode."

Previously, when the 992 warned me that it was raining, it was dangerous after I had switched to WET mode first, I couldn't get rid of that warning.

When I had that experience, when I wrote about it on my blog, I was told in a comment, "Will the warning disappear if you press the arrow button that returns to the left of the right steering wheel button?"

But when I did it before, it didn't disappear no matter what I pressed or turned. So I want to try it again this time.

It's a heavy rain on this day, so it's great. Before being warned by 992, first change to WET mode by yourself ↓

After running for a while, 992 displayed a warning "Be careful because it's raining!" "Caution Please adjust your driving".

It's coming! I've been waiting for this warning.

By the time this warning is issued, the 992 is already in WET mode. What do you do now?

As I got in the comment here, I tried pressing the arrow like "Back" on this lever to clear this warning ↓

… And when I pressed it, the warning disappeared (laughs)!

Eh ~ I didn't disappear no matter what I did before! !! By the way, I made the same situation again, this time I tried to push the spinning part in the middle, but the warning disappeared. Why ~! !!

I wondered why I couldn't get rid of this warning when I was in WET mode last time, but wasn't it just a bug? To the conclusion.

After 992, there are occasional problems. For example, one day the display on the right side cannot be used at all ↓

Tire pressure will never be displayed (Oh, the low gasoline level was when I was intentionally reducing it because I wanted to try something else ^^)

Furthermore, the map is not displayed ... ↓

After all, driving mode conversion is not possible. I took a video of this, but do you understand?

No matter how much you turn the mode selector switch, the mode display on the screen does not change. However, it seems that the functionality has changed. It's just a judgment from the change in sound and rotation speed, but ↓

Since it sometimes becomes strange like this, I'm sure that the reason why I couldn't easily turn off the warning for WET mode switching before was because there was something wrong at that time as well.

For the time being, I found that if it is normally movable without problems, even if a warning is issued, the warning can be canceled by pressing the back button or turning around, so I will correct that the warning can not be canceled easily ^ ^

I'm a little worried about these glitches, but most of the time it's normal so I don't really care about them for the time being.

If it goes wrong more often, I'd like you to see it once.

The hood coated with the hood is very beautiful even in heavy rain, and I really like looking at it.I want to wipe it right away, but ^^

The Turbo S broke up immediately, but I also encountered that the driving mode could not be changed.

I don't think there is a problem with the M3 so far, but the BMW of the 3 series or MY19 has a lot of in-locks, so please be sure to bring the key when you hand over the substitute car !!!
