Porsche fans should be rooting for cars #91 and #92.
The 94th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2026 will be...Japan Standard Time: June 13th (Sat) 23:00 - June 14th (Sun) 23:00It will be held in conjunction with "[the event name]".
The Le Mans 24 Hours circuit is 13.626 kilometers long, with a straight stretch of 1,200 meters.
Porsche will be entering two Porsche 911 GT3 R cars in the LMGT3 class through Manthey.
Our goal is, of course, to win our class for the third year in a row.
These two 911 GT3 R cars competing in this race will feature a special silver livery that pays tribute to the success achieved by the Porsche 356 SL Coupe at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 75 years ago.
This year's 24 Hours of Le Mans includes:
- Hypercar
- LMP2
- LMGT3
There are three classes, and Manthey's Porsches compete in the 'LMGT3 class'.
25 cars from nine different manufacturers are scheduled to compete in the LMGT3 class.
Starting this year, due to changes in the WEC participation structureThere are no Porsche 963 entries in the hypercar class.....
The 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans will feature a total of 186 drivers, making it truly the world's largest endurance race. More than 300,000 spectators are expected to gather around the circuit.
In the official test held last Sunday, the 911 GT3 R (car #91) recorded the second fastest time, and I'm really hoping that it will achieve its third consecutive class victory in this commemorative year marking Porsche's 75th anniversary in motorsport!

Also, it seems that the Porsche Carrera Cup Brazil is included as a support race in this program, and Hollywood actor Michael Fassbender will be participating in it.
