Replacing the battery of the Urakan EVO car key

The Lamborghini Huracán EVO was delivered to our home on October 29, 2020. (Click here for details:Lamborghini Huracán EVO delivered)

It's been about one year and three months since the car was delivered.

Cornes Motors, our Lamborghini dealerLamborghini turfMy husband asked me to replace the battery of the car key during the one-year inspection of the car, but at that time I exchanged it with "No, I wonder" without thinking deeply. I heard he didn't.

This is the remote control key for the Huracán EVO ↓

It seems that the remote control key of this Urakan EVO, a warning like "Please replace the battery of the key" was displayed when my husband started the engine to drive a few days ago.

It disappeared so quickly that I didn't have time to take a picture if I didn't remember exactly what it was displayed, but it certainly says "I don't have a battery".

How to replace the battery of the Urakan EVO key

Let's change it!

So, this time I tried to replace the battery of Lamborghini Huracán EVO (my husband ^ ^).

This is the other side of the remote control key. Contains the name of Lamborghini ↓

And if you pull up the silver part above this while pressing the button-like part near the center of the silver part ...

It came out, what you can see here is the physical key.

Ferrari Roma's physical key I wrote the other dayWas a type that was not built into the remote control key, but the Huracán EVO is a built-in type ↓

When I removed the silver top part and looked at it from above, there were various numbers written on it.

Next, pull up the upper part inside this while pressing the part that seems to be pressed again in the center and remove it from the key.

It looks like this when removed.

Is the part of the line that looks white for waterproofing? It was the packing of. It's neat to such a small detail, isn't it?

This part surrounded by yellow is the packing ↓

If you pull out the parts as they are, the button battery fits in there.

The battery for the remote control key of Urakan EVO is a button battery CR2032

The type of battery is not something that must be custom-ordered in Italy, but the CR2032 coin-type lithium-ion battery that can be purchased normally in Japan.

The one on the left is the button battery that was originally included. The one on the right is a new one that will be replaced.

In this way, insert a new battery in the same way as it was in the direction in which it was inserted when the battery part was removed from the key.

And if you put back the pulled out parts, it will end. It was in no time.

Easy ^^

I found that I could easily replace the battery of the remote control key of the Lamborghini Huracán EVO.

I haven't seen the physical key of the Huracán EVO yet, so I'm glad I could confirm it this time as well.
