Porsche 911: Comparison of appearance between early 992 and late 992

Image comparison between 992.1 and 992.2

Since I still want to keep it, I'd like to post some exterior image comparisons to show how the appearance has changed between the 992.1 and 992.2 models of the Porsche 911.

Both are shown in the official configurator in the color "white" with no options added, in their bare state.

Looking at it this way, we can see that the "white" used in the configurators for the early and late 992 models is slightly different, with the 992.2 model having a greenish tint (displayed on the same PC environment).

The 992.2 reflects less light and looks a bit more matte.
If you see the actual car, you'll probably think it's the same as the 992.1. (lol)
Something I just noticed... The rear view, the image taken from a lower position, looks wider and lower~♪

  Hello ^^ The issue of the positioning of license plates in Japan has been that it looks bad if it's on top since 992.1 (lol), so I guess we'll just have to get used to it this time around (lol)!

As for the exterior design of the 2.2, the Japanese long, vertical license plate protrudes quite far upwards at the front and hangs down over the newly blackened grille at the rear.

The air intake at the front has been widened vertically, making it thicker than the 2.1, and at the rear the slats under the window are longer vertically, which may have made the balance worse, especially on the Cub.

This is all just my opinion, but I think the 2.1 design is better.

  I don't choose between the two, but I actually think that both 992.1 and 992.2 are good (I don't really notice the difference), and I personally think that I'll probably get used to the 992.2 soon.
  
  It will probably take the longest time to get used to the vertical fins on the GTS, but we've already seen them in spy shots, so we're starting to get used to them (laughs)!

Thank you for the comparison photos. I was wondering what to do because I couldn't see the configurator in the 992.1 photos.
From the side, the 992.2 looks sleeker. As for the rear design, the 992.1 certainly looks better, considering the position of the number plate.
