It doesn't have to be shoes! Those who said it seemed to be able to buy it at 50% off, so I think it's a great deal if the size matches!
The shop had gloves and suits for kids' carts and it was cute. A long time ago, I used to play karts for fun, but I remember it was a lot of fun. The picture below is from that time.
