Porsche AR Visualizer, a new 3D configurator app announced the other day. An application that can project Porsche in so-called augmented reality.

I was told that it can be used on iOS, but I couldn't use it on my android smartphone yet.

After replying "I know, but I can't use it on Android yet !!", I'm kind of disappointed (laughs), so I tried again.

For the time being, I wanted to compare it with my Porsche 911 (late 991) black Carrera, so I quickly created a Porsche 992 with a jet black body color in advance and saved the code.

After that, open the smartphone app and load the code you saved earlier.

Well, I tried it from various angles, but the actual car doesn't move in a neat and neat shape.

Even so, I'm very happy to be able to line up like this. Next time, I would like to study the angle at which the actual vehicle can be photographed so that it does not dangle.

By the way, it seemed that I could then "scan the Porsche in front of me and make various changes", so I decided to scan my 991, though it is not 992.

First of all, such a white line appears on the screen and says "Please match with the car body".

What? Did it fit? I will move and adjust the angle ... When.

The moment the car and the white border fit perfectly and the app recognized the car, my 991.2 was parked in front of me! !! !! On the screen of the smartphone, it changed to the new 911 992. Great ↓!

And I was able to enjoy my car reborn as 992 by changing the wheels on AR.

I understand? The wheels are a little different. This is an Aurum paint finish.

In addition, I tried using Fuchs Wheel (Carrera Exclusive Design Wheel) because it was a big deal. Surprisingly cute ^^

Next, it seemed that the body color could be changed, so I changed the color as well. The other dayThe impression is completely different when I meet Miami BlueI thought, so this time I made my car (992) Miami Blue.

It's amazing! You can change it immediately on AR.

This is easy to get an image of. Really good. If you just look at the screen of your smartphone, you won't know what is real and what isn't.

I wonder if the person who developed this app knows the feelings of Porsche lovers who can feel like a child or feel happy just by turning on the light ^ ^
