Butterfly Porsche 917
When I first saw the sentence "I made a Porsche 917 with butterflies", I didn't understand "what are you talking about?"
This work is a female art work called Heidi Mraz.
Porsche 917 is drawn in the art work of about 122 cm x 183 cm (4 x 6 feet), but it is said that they are all made of "paper insects".
The Porsche 917 depicted is known as the 917K (chassis 917-022), and this Porsche 917 is made from about 1,000 butterflies and other insects.
All butterflies and insects are manually cut, placed and installed.
It looks like this during the work, but it is quite amazing that this finally looks like a Porsche 917.
