What is Soho House?

Incidentally, "Soho House," which is also included in the model name, is a lifestyle brand that operates members-only clubs around the world.

Furthermore, Soho Home, the interior brand created by Soho House, aims to allow people to enjoy the spatial design of Soho House, which has over 50 locations worldwide, in their own homes, and offers furniture, lighting, textiles, and more.

This time, the Taycan is a model that realizes the fusion of Soho Home and Porsche Design.

Based on the 700kW/952PS Taycan Turbo S Sport Turismo, it features a distinctive satin-finish Greek Street Green metallic paint job.

This luxurious leather interior features custom-made seat fabrics and burl wood details, combined with a glass roof with adjustable light control.

Lately, it feels like we've seen a lot of special edition cars offered by the Sonderwunsch program, and this Porsche Taycan Turbo S Soho House One is also a showcase that demonstrates the wide range of customization possibilities offered by the Sonderwunsch program.

This is said to be the first time that Soho Home's design language has been expressed in a new form through the medium of "cars."

The satin-finish body color, "Greek Street Green Metallic," is the same green color as the exterior of the building at 40 Greek Street in London's Soho district, which is the first Soho House location.

The interior has been redesigned and given an overall feel that reflects the relaxed, modern interior of Soho Home, combining distinctive fabric upholstery, wood, and leather elements.

The seats feature a special chocolate color inspired by Soho Home's Murphy Jacquard fabric.

The pattern featured is inspired by the geometric designs of 180 House in London, another Soho House location, and the burl wood and truffle brown leather trim further enhances the seats.

The custom-made wood trim used in the interior reportedly took 16 months to develop, employing an open-pore finish derived from root burl (burl grain), and development proceeded through repeated testing of walnut burl and ash burl, as well as their color and gloss levels.

Ultimately, testing was conducted under conditions close to those of a mass-produced vehicle, and the specifications were finalized to be feasible under the Sonderwunsch program.

Furthermore, the "Variable Light Control" variable light-transmitting glass roof, which is available on this Taycan, is also a feature exclusive to this model.

This is certainly a glass roof unlike anything I've ever seen before.

While standard models allow you to adjust the tint of the glass, the Soho House One incorporates laser-cut geometric patterns into the glass surface, and the pattern changes depending on the level of light transmission.

When semi-transparent, sunlight entering the car creates a pattern that is projected onto the interior.

This special edition Taycan model is said to embody the shared values of creativity and innovation, reflecting the exceptional design and craftsmanship that both Soho Home and Porsche possess.

The Taycan Turbo S Soho House One is scheduled to make its debut at the Icons of Porsche: Sunstede Silverstone Edition on June 20-21, 2026.
