The Cayenne Turbo EV has arrived in Fortnite.
To commemorate the launch of the Cayenne EV, the Cayenne Turbo Electric will appear in the online game Fortnite.
A joint trailer featuring the Cayenne Turbo EV in various Fortnite environments will be released to showcase the Cayenne EV's all-terrain capabilities.
This collaboration between Porsche and Fortnite, featuring the Cayenne Turbo EV, isn't limited to the game; you can also enjoy it through the actual Porsche configurator.
Fortnite's background environment is provided when viewing in 3D or 2D in the configurator.
So, I actually tried accessing it.
Go to a world where you can enjoy a Porsche configurator in the world of Fortnite!
...And when you access it, it starts with something that looks like a school bus speeding across the screen (sorry, it might be some kind of symbolic vehicle, but I don't know as I've never played Fortnite...).
As the car drives away, the screen switches to the configurator screen for 'FORTNITE | PORSCHE'.
So, what does the Cayenne actually look like when created with this configurator? It looks like this: ↓
The background of the configured Cayenne is Fortnite.
This viewing environment is apparently made possible by Epic Games' Unreal Engine technology, which is also used in Fortnite.
The view from inside the car is also like something out of the world of Fortnite.
When something is flying next to you like this, the view is reflected perfectly from inside the car. Amazing!
Alternatively, even if there were no objects in the frame, if something was flying above the Cayenne, its reflection would be clearly visible on the Cayenne's hood.
There were also missiles flying overhead and fireworks going off along the way.
The fact that you can see a Porsche configured in this Fortnite environment is actually because, initially, you couldn't access it without entering a "secret code."
But now that the secret code has spread among Fortnite fans, it has finally been made public and accessible to anyone via a specific link.
