Up to 15 Porsche can be exhibited in PC Takanawa

It is said that certified used cars will be mainly exhibited on the 2nd floor, and all the cars exhibited on this floor on that day were also certified used cars.

It's persistent, but when it was a BMW, it had this kind of atmosphere.

It's a very strange feeling for me that I'm standing in the same place I've been to many times in the past, but actually have a completely different experience.

At PC Takanawa, it is said that there is a space where a total of 15 Porsche can be exhibited, and there is still a space where cars can be exhibited further back on the 2nd floor.

However, since it was a private viewing on that day, the space behind this was a reception space.

Porsche concept restaurant "The Momentum by PorscheCatering from 』was also provided.

All drinks are non-alcoholic.

Cocktails are also non-alcoholic, and there are two types of special cocktails for this day:

There are several private rooms on the 2nd floor of PC Takanawa, one of which is a fitting room for configuring when ordering your Porsche.

Porsche body color samples, leather samples, etc. are prepared all over the wall, and you can actually pick up these samples and take them out to check the shade in the sunlight. ... and so on.

In the case of Porsche, even if you can not see the actual car at the time of ordering, you still want to actually see and check the color as much as possible, so you can see various samples in front of you in this way. Is good, isn't it?

There was a place in Takanawa on PC that the air owner couldn't enter.

That is the room called "Werk 1 Lounge".

Werk in German means Work in English, that is, work or work.

It is said that this room is a place where Porsche owners can relax while waiting for maintenance or waiting while charging Taycan etc.

There is a power supply and a counter, and in the back there is a very nice coffee maker. There was also a mini fridge, and it seemed that drinks were also served.

Certainly it is very good that there is a place to relax while charging the Taycan.

Mr. Ferry Porsche's words in the delivery space

From the place where the lounge is located to the place where the reception was just before, on the way back, there is also a little space for the owner.

This is the so-called "car delivery space", and it seems that this is the place where those who purchased Porsche with PC Takanawa will receive their Porsche for the first time.

When I left this delivery space, it was outdoors next to the car elevator.

At the time of BMW, the general public was not allowed to enter this area, so this is the first view I see.

You can see something like a whitish hut at the end where the red Taycan is stopped, but do you know what this is?

A place like this hut was a car wash space.

Although a mechanical car wash is installed, basically it will be hand-washed in this car wash hut.

Well, that's right, the dealer is also hard if the Porsche of the customer is scratched by any chance.

There is also a separate parking space (mechanical) one level above the outdoors.

Two quick charger Porsche turbochargers installed

I enjoyed the rooftop area a lot, so I think I'll be back soon.

So, I'm back in the entrance area on the 1st floor.

Don't forget to introduce the Porsche turbochargers outside the quick charger. There are two quick chargers with a maximum of 150kW class and two normal ones, for a total of four.

It is said that it will be open 24 hours a day, so you can charge it 24 hours a day.

The quick charger Porsche turbocharger has been "a fraud that is 90kW now, but it will soon be 150kW" (laugh), but this is unavoidable due to various problems such as regulations, and the time has shifted. It seems that it has been closed.

Furthermore, in the past, when the voltage changed from 90 to 150 kW, it was said that the charging cable would become even thicker due to the liquid cooling (water cooling) from the current air cooling format, but apparently there was a technological innovation. Because? It is rumored that the charging connector will be lighter and the charging cable will be "thinner" when it goes from 90 to 150kW.

Be careful of steps at the entrance and exit of PC Takanawa

This has been a problem (?) Since the time when this place was BMW Takanawa, but the step on the road where you enter and exit this facility makes the car body (bottom) "rubbing" considerably when you leave the facility. It will be.

This was taken when PC Takanawa was still under construction, but can you see many rubbing marks that have been a legacy from the BMW Takanawa era (laughs)? ↓

By the time PC Takanawa opens, I think that if Porsche has many cars with a lower vehicle height than BMW if only this step is not managed, everyone will rub more and more, so I am most worried about this step. Was there.
