The 15th theme is air-cooled
The 15th Porsche Momentum Mission will be held for the first time on a Monday (national holiday), April 29, 2024, and its theme will be "Air-Cooled."
Morning missions are usually held on Sundays, so I imagine there were many people who just couldn't come on Sunday, or who were able to come from far away by using the weekend or public holiday.
It seems that a lot of air-cooled Porsches (other models are OK) were gathered.
As a special feature of the morning mission that day, a parade run was also held, allowing everyone to take part in a parade run around the PEC Tokyo course in their own Porsches.
On this day, after the morning mission was over, I went to PEC Tokyo to play, and I was able to meet some of the air-cooled Porsches that were still there.

16th Morning Mission Overview
The next Morning Mission, the 16th, will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
The theme of the 16th event is "All Brands", which is also a first for the event. When I first saw this, I thought it meant "All Models", but this time, anyone who is a driving or sports car fan can apply, so it seems that it will be a gathering regardless of manufacturer.
There are probably many Porsche owners who own cars from other manufacturers, so I wonder if models from various manufacturers will be gathered here.
By the way, I'm sorry, but I was spacing out and realized that the application period has already ended (application period: until 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2024), and it seems that they have also contacted the winners.
June 16, 2024 (Sun): Morning Mission Reunion
One more thing, the June morning mission has also been announced. Sorry, but the application period for this one has also ended...
The Morning Mission to be held in June is titled "Morning Mission Reunion," and while the event usually attracts around 100 cars, this time it will be attended by more than 250 Porsches.
The event will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2024.
The big difference between this and the regular Morning Mission is that while there is no participation fee for the regular Morning Mission, there is a participation fee for this Reunion (5,000 yen per car, tax included, up to a maximum of 4 people per car).
This Morning Mission Reunion will feature exhibits of the latest vehicles and the 99x Electric, a parade run on the PEC Tokyo course, and even a demonstration lap experience in the Taycan.
More than 250 cars will gather, and everyone will get to experience the Taycan... Even if there is no riding companion, and there is only one person per car, the minimum number of participants is 250. If three people ride the Taycan at a time, that will be 84 times... Even if you use two Taycans, it will take 42 times per car.
I wonder if it will be possible to do something about it since not all participants will want to try it out? Good luck to the driver on the day (laughs)!
Other paid content:
- Demonstration lap experience in the 911 GT3 RS (14,000 yen) or Cayman GT4 RS (11,000 yen)
- 911 Carrera Driving Experience (Dynamic Area and Drift Circle) / (14,000 yen)
- Cayenne off-road course experience/(11,000 yen)
Apparently there is too.
Le Mans Night will also be held at the same time
The reunion will take place on the weekend of June 15th and 16th, when the 24 Hours of Le Mans is being held, and PEC Tokyo will also be hosting "Le Mans Night" at the same time.
