Today is July 18, 2024. It's "718 Day"!
...This is a story that has nothing to do with today's date, but since it's a special anniversary, I'd like to write about the sudden changes in my family's Porsche situation, along with some completely unrelated photos (black Carrera).
The other day, by sheer coincidence, I was contacted by two different sales people on the exact same day.
Both were Porsche dealers, one a certified used car salesman and the other a new car salesman.
The content of each call was about the cars that each of them could sell.
In the current situation where it is very difficult to buy a Porsche, it is truly a miracle that I was offered two Porsches on the same day.
*Of course, there were prior discussions that took place leading up to the day we received this message, so we will discuss those again when the vehicle is delivered.
To be honest, I was very happy to suddenly receive offers for two cars at the same time, but since I still can't imagine parting with any of the three Porsches I currently own, I was worried about what to do with the two cars I was offered.
But the more I think about it, the more I can't help but think, "I would definitely like to drive both of these cars," so...hmm.
Hmmm hmm.
Hmm.
worry.
Well, it would be a shame for a man not to eat the food that's set out for him! I thought (wait, am I a woman?), and so, I made my decision.
Eh? Is the use of "set meal" wrong? (laughs) Well, from my point of view, there's no way I can refuse a Porsche that's coming.
However, I am having plenty of fun with my current three cars, so the two new ones will basically be my husband's main vehicles.
I think we'll be able to get the certified pre-owned car in a little while. The new car might be available this year or early next year at the earliest.
Oh. By the way, you might think that a new car is a 992.2, but it's not a 992.2.
I will let you know when each one is delivered.
You never know what's going to happen in life. But I'm sure this is a wonderful opportunity. I'm looking forward to it.
Hurry up and report!
