Replace with lithium-ion drill battery
The problem was not with the motor but with the battery. This kids car modification can be done in less than an hour if you can solder it, so you need 30 amps of in-line fuses, a cheap motor speed controller, and a drill battery. The price of the USB power adapter was about $ 35 (about 3,800 yen) in total.

The battery uses a removable and rechargeable battery pack (drill / battery) that is used for electric drills such as so-called Black & Decker.
As a result, the McLaren 720S Kids Car with the new battery has the same running time as before, but the battery charging time is faster and there are a number of battery pack replacements available. Therefore, when the battery runs out, you can just replace it with a already charged battery pack and you can run again immediately.
