Comes with a record of the V12 engine sound
A collaboration between Technics and Lamborghini has resulted in the creation of a Lamborghini-style turntable.
The Lambo collaboration turntable "SL-1200M7B" is based on Lambo's Y design and comes in three colors: red, yellow, and green.
It is said to be based on the Technics SL-1200MK7.
The slip mat has a huge Lamborghini logo on it, and the Lamborghini name is also printed next to the Technics logo under the control on the right side.
When you purchase this turntable, it comes with a special record, and that record is amazing.
Huh? Tires? The wheels are Revuelto.
This record, which looks just like a tire, apparently contains the V-12 engine sounds of six Lamborghinis, starting with the early 400GT.
I can't see it on the record...
The record contains only engine sounds, no music.
As expected, Lamborghini is very noble in the way they do things (laughs).
Included V12 engine sounds are from the following Lamborghinis:
- 400GT 2+2
- Miura SV
- 25th Anniversary Countach 5.2 Litre
- Diablo 6.0 liter SE
- Murcielago LP 640
- Revuelto
The price of this turntable with Lambo engine sound record is currently unknown, but the Technics SL-1200MK7 on which this turntable is based has a retail price of around $1,100 (approximately 170,000 yen), so it will probably be more than that.
It will be a limited edition product, but the exact number has not yet been decided. Orders will be accepted from May 9, 2024, and the product is scheduled to be released at the end of June.
This model will only be available through Technics' official sales channels and specialty stores, but it is unclear whether it will be available in Japan.
