Lamborghini Day Japan 2022: Part 1 Opening ~ Parade Run

Posted: November 13, 2022 Updated:

Lamborghini Day Japan 2022

Lamborghini Day Japan 2022 was held on Friday, November 11, 2022.

First, they gathered at "Ariake Garden" in Koto Ward, Tokyo, and after a parade run through the Ginza area, they returned to Koto Ward again and moved to the final venue, "Umi no Mori Water Stadium", where Urs Pel Formante's Japan premiere schedule.

Since I was able to participate in this event this time, I would like to write about everything from the Ariake Garden to the parade run on this day.

My husband and I headed to the venue in the Huracán EVO, along with the Lamborghinis we started to meet on the way to the venue.

When I arrived at the venue, there were many staff there who guided me, but since everyone was basically black, the atmosphere made me feel like, "Ah, a Lamborghini event." My heart was pounding.

In the case of Porsche and Ferrari events, it is "exciting", but Lamborghini's event is "throbbing".

I'm not sure why, but there is a difference

what do you want? Feeling nervous because you're not used to it (laughs)?

Once I entered the venue, my heart was pounding and I suddenly became excited.

Because the scenery that spreads out in front of you is too amazing.

The owners who arrived at the venue were also taking pictures, as well as professional photography and drones.

Since so many Lamborghinis are gathered, I can't help but take it anymore ^ ^

First of all, park the car in the guided place.

After that, the staff handed out a name tag and a parade lancet for that day.

A small Lamborghini flag for the parade lancet, maybe a water bottle and a mint? Such.

However, there was only one of each, so I was worrying unnecessarily that if I was participating with people who weren't my family, I wouldn't be able to share the water.

After this, you can spend your time as you like until 17:00, so I will wander around the venue.

Lamborghinis of yesteryear are lined up in the back of the venue.

Just the other dayI participated in an event called Porsche Garage where a lot of Porsche gatheredHowever, the atmosphere between the "spectacle full of Porsches" that I saw at that time and the "spectacle full of Lamborghinis" this time is very different!

The sight of so many Lamborghinis gathering like this is, what should I say? Hmmm, how to say, uh, looks very bad.

I'm sorry (laughs).

I don't mean it in a bad way, but I think that's one of Lamborghini's cool charms ^ ^

It has an aggressive feel to it, and the presence of this absolute confidence emanating from the whole car is amazing.

Seeing the Lamborghinis giving off an aura from each car makes me feel very positive.

Even though I said that, it is also true that I was daunted by the fact that the scene that spread out in front of me was so unrealistic that I wondered if I really should be here.

I was completely overwhelmed.

According to the story announced by Lamborghini at the party venue that was held after this, about 200 Lamborghinis gathered at this place for the parade run.

200 units is quite a lot. And in the city.

There was also a Dramborghini. Cute (laughs). I like this personality

Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, visits Japan for the first time in three years

A stage was set up in front of the venue.

When I happened to look at it, there was one man who was smiling and taking pictures of the entire venue from the stage.

that?

Is that person possible? ?

on second thoughts!

This person was Stefan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, who came to Japan from his home country for the first time in three years.

Of course I was fully open and I was allowed to take a picture together. Thank you

I even got a signature. happy ^^

Some people signed in the trunk of their own Lamborghini.

Lamborghini Sián & New Countach LPI 800-4

Two Lamborghinis are on display next to the stage.

One is a Lamborghini Sián.

And the other one is... if it's that new Countach.

Wow, what a force! !

This new Countach LPI 800-4 is not for display by the manufacturer, but is owned by someone who has an owner.

From my point of view, I have no idea what to do with this color scheme, what to order, and how to order it to make it look like this, but it was really cool.

The owner who finished this Countach like this is really amazing ^ ^! !

Well, while I was getting excited about various things, the area was getting darker and darker.

As an aside, here are Mr. Stephan Winkelmann, Mr. Davide Soufflecola, CEO of Lamborghini Japan, and other people who probably came from Italy? Both of them are like models.

I jokingly said to my husband, "When I become CEO of Lamborghini, I'm sure I'll be forced to sign a pledge that says, 'I'll retire when my stomach comes out.'" (laughs)

Lamborghini Parade Run

While doing so, the time is 17:00.

The opening of Lamborghini Day Japan 2022 is finally here.

Opening remarks from Stephan.

It seems that this Lamborghini Day event will be a big event since the Lamborghini 50th anniversary event, and he was impressed that he was able to hold it this time.

After these greetings, a parade run with about 200 Lamborghinis that goes back and forth between Ariake → Ginza → Ariake.

At the end of his greeting, Mr. Stefan said,

"Let's make some sound and have fun"

What?

No~ the best.

Yeah, it doesn't idling when the car stops, so drive normally and let's make some sound ^^

*By the way, during the time of the event when I was there, the engine was turned off as soon as everyone arrived, and no one was idling, just to be sure.

Well, our Huracán EVO is also starting.

By the time the parade run finally started, the area had become quite dark, and the wonderful shapes of Lamborghinis were reflected in the headlights and taillights.

Lamborghini looks good at night.

Of course, a Lamborghini driving in the bright hours is cool, but the Lamborghini at night is also cool.

We started in order from the front row, and we also followed the car in front of us, and finally the parade run started.

All the staff sent out a lot of them.

My Huracan EVO has a liquid crystal room mirror, so I can see the car behind me quite clearly.

Therefore, you can fully enjoy the situation of "Lamborghini in front and behind".

Regarding the parade run, I had received a detailed map with photos in advance that said, "Next turn this way" and each location, but 200 Lamborghinis were in the parade. If I was going to run, I thought, 'Well, I'll be fine if I keep up with the car in front of me.'

But this is a big mistake (laughs).

I think that the people who started out at the beginning were able to follow a proper route, but probably the cars that followed stopped at a traffic light on the way and there were many cars that got lost because they were separated from the car ahead. like

After we left the starting point, we were supposed to have to go straight for a while, but everyone kept turning left. turn left.

On the way, I realized that this route was different, so I left my house and returned to the regular route. People who turn right” (laughs).

In the end, while driving towards Ginza, two Lambos suddenly joined from the left road, and it felt like a parade of people who somehow returned to the regular route while joining each other. .

Free (laughs).

Even so, it was a Lamborghini that suited Ginza at night very well.

Following Urspel Formante's Japan premiere event at the party venue, the arrival point of the parade run ^ ^
