Picking up my husband from Mie Prefecture
The other day, my husband stayed in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture due to work.
Since it was over the weekend, I said, ``Shall I go pick him up?'' So I left Tokyo for Mie Prefecture just before 5 a.m. on the day my husband was due to go home.
picture? Isn't it normal for someone to pick you up from Tokyo to Mie Prefecture?
This time, if I was going to go to Mie Prefecture instead of just picking him up, I wanted to go to Ise Shrine at the end of 2023, so in reality, the main reason for picking me up was "I want to go to Ise Jingu". was.
I ran around Shin-Tomei in the morning, and since it felt so good, I was on my way to Mie prefecture in no time.
First, I picked up my husband in Yokkaichi City and then headed to Ise Grand Shrine.
Did you always go to Ise Jingu on weekdays? Was it because it was first thing in the morning? I was able to park in the parking lot closest to Ise Jingu (Inner Shrine), but since it was the weekend at the end of the year, when I arrived, parking lot 5 was already full.
I was able to park in parking lot 6.
However, this parking lot 6 is along the river and has a very charming atmosphere, which is a good thing.
The scenery in front of me was completely different from the scenery I saw in Tokyo, and from this point on I was already feeling refreshed.
Cross the bridge to Okage Yokocho...
While looking at Akafuku main store...
Let's walk through Okage Yokocho.
At this point, I had already bought various Matsusaka beef croquettes and ate them all around. It's a happy time.
I didn't have time to go around from the Geku, so I went straight to the Inner Shrine and headed to Ise-sama.
I really like walking through these trees at Ise Jingu, it gives me an indescribably pure feeling.
These magnificent trees impress me no matter how many times I see them.
It is an impressive place where Amaterasu Omikami, the highest of the eight million gods, resides.
I don't believe in any religion, but I think the reason I feel a divine atmosphere when I come to this place is because I'm Japanese ^^
Be sure to visit Arasai Shrine as well.
Also, since I didn't have an amulet ready for Carrera T yet, I received a traffic safety amulet at Ise Shrine.
I felt like I had purified my heart at Ise Jingu, had completed the purification for 2023, and now had a refreshing mindset for 2024, so I headed back to Okage Yokocho.
I also went around eating Matsusaka beef, Ise udon, and more until I was almost full ^^
That's right, Akafuku is already using electric cars ↓
Isewan Ferry with Carrera T
We thought about stopping by Nagoya from Ise Jingu, but we didn't have time as we were planning a day trip, so we decided to take the Isewan Ferry, which is our usual route back from Ise Jingu.
I feel like the price has gone up since the last time I rode it.
And this is my first time putting the Carrera T on a ferry.
The cars on the ferry are so nice ^^
I have taken various ferries with my car several times in the past, but Isewan Ferry is the one I use most frequently.
The ferry we boarded from Toba arrived at Irago. The ride time is approximately 60 minutes.
Check the live camera that helped you
This is what impressed me when I arrived at Irago.
Here, when my Carrera T was transported by ship,Live camera used for trackingIt should be where it is installed.
"Ah, I was able to see the footage from there," he said. Thank you.
Carrera T break-in completed
Well, after that.
My husband was driving the car, but on the way home, the Carrera T's mileage reached 2,999km.
And then we reached 3,000km! (All photos were taken by me reaching out from the passenger seat).
Now, finally, the break-in of the Carrera T is complete.
Since the break-in was over, I immediately experienced over 4,000 revolutions.
Even when I took the picture from the passenger seat, it was blurry and I couldn't get a good picture at all, but you can see that the rotation speed has increased considerably.
The sound of the Carrera T that I experienced for the first time over 4,000 rpm was amazing!
I would like to enjoy it even more from now on. It was a very fun day drive in Mie Prefecture ^^
