New team under new CEO
At the end of last yearFerrari's top three take turnsThen, I wrote that a new personnel will be announced around January 10, 2022.
On that very day, Ferrari's (headquarters) new personnel will be announced.
The top is, of course, Benedetto Vigna, who was newly appointed CEO last year, and this new appointment will be Ferrari's first SUV, which is said to be released from Ferrari in the future, and other electric vehicles. It is said that it is to respond to various technological changes such as being there.
CEO says
"We want to push the boundaries of everything in the Ferrari Way by leveraging a variety of technologies."
And that.
It is a new organization for that purpose. It sounds good, Ferrari Way.
2022 Ferrari new organization
So, first of all, I would like to see new personnel.
- Gianmaria Fulgenzi is Chief Product Development Officer ← Veteran who has been working for Ferrari since 2002
- Ernesto LasalandraIs Chief Research & Development Officer ← Those who came from STMicroelectronics, where the CEO was originally enrolled
- Philippe Krief represents Lasalandra
- Silvia Gabrielli is Chief Digital & Data Officer ← Formerly from Microsoft and has been working for Ferrari since 2019
- Davide Abate is Chief Technologies & Infrastructures Officer ← Worked at Ferrari since 2012
- Angelo PesciIs Chief Purchasing & Quality Officer ← He is also from STMicroelectronics, where the CEO is from
- Andrea Antichi is Chief Manufacturing Officer ← He has been in Ferrari since 2006 and is currently in the Head of Vehicle.
Hmmm, looking at this, it seems that CEO Vigna got two core members from STMicroelectronics, where he worked for 26 years, to work with as a Ferrari team in the future (above). People who make it orange).
Looking at the various personnel affairs of the various large companies that have been happening around me until now, the colleagues who were pulled from the CEO's own company of origin play a big role in the new company from there. I feel that it is often left to me, so I feel that it is expected that this will happen again this time.
These new personnel are said to be "to accept the electrification of Ferrari" in the future, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the future movement will change.
Also, yeah, regarding Ferrari's F1 team, Mattia Binotto will continue to lead, so there seems to be no change here.
Ferrari with a new system in the future.
I do not know what will happen yet, but I hope that you will develop a wonderful "Ferrari Way" Ferrari world for the future without betraying the Ferrari fans so far. I want to do ^^
