The Final Fast and Furious
The movie is called Fast & Furious, known as Wild Speed in Japan.
Vin Diesel, who plays the lead role of Dom, spoke about this upcoming film.
According to the report, the biggest surprise of all is that "Brian O'Conner may return in the next film."
Brian O'Conner in the film plays the role played by Paul Walker, who died in a Porsche Carrera GT accident.
"Fast & Furious 6," Paul Walker's final film, is the only one of the Fast & Furious movies I have not been able to see because it is painful to see him pass away.
Now, it seems that Brian O'Conner, the character played by Paul Walker, may be returning to the latest film, which will be the sequel to the previous film, Fast & Furious, released in 2023.
What this means is... well, I have no idea what it means, but according to what the lead actor, Vin Diesel (who plays Dom), said the other day, one of the conditions for making the film is that "Dom and Brian O'Conner team up again in the next film."
It is unclear how this will be achieved, if at all.
It's possible that Brian O'Conner will appear digitally using today's cutting-edge technology, or that Paul Walker's real-life brothers could play the role.
This story first came about after something Vin Diesel said at a certain event.
When Universal Studios asked him if he could release the final chapter of the Fast and Furious in April 2027, he replied, "There are three conditions (to achieve this): 1. The setting of the series must return to LA. 2. Car culture/street racing must return. 3. Dom and Brian O'Conner must be reunited."
The next Fast & Furious movie: "Fast X: Part 2"
So, the next Fast and Furious film (the sequel to X), in which Brian O'Conner is said to be returning, is likely to be released around April 2027.
One of the conditions is to return the setting to LA and to street racing, so it looks like this work will return to Los Angeles in some form.
I think this will be a work that will be a return to the roots.
Will the cars featured in the upcoming film be Dom Toretto's Dodge Charger or a Supra? There are also a variety of other cars planned to appear, including the Honda NSX (NA1).
The next film, the 11th installment of the Fast and Furious series, was said to be the final one in the series, but it may be a trilogy, meaning the next film to be released may be the second of the final trilogy.
