Italian coffee machine manufacturer La Marzocco teams up with Porsche
On October 21, 2024, the products were announced at an event at Soho Farmhouse, a luxury members-only club in London, UK, at a pop-up cafe in Los Angeles, US, and at the Shanghai Coffee Festival a few days later.
This is a collaboration between Porsche and Italian coffee maker La Marzocco, including an espresso machine, electric coffee grinder and espresso and cappuccino cups.
The espresso maker is limited to 911 units.
What is La Marzocco?
La Marzocco is a manufacturer founded in Florence, Tuscany in 1927 by Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi.
In 1939, they developed and patented the first espresso machine with a horizontal boiler, which became the industry standard, and this marked the beginning of the espresso revolution. Since 1927, La Marzocco has pursued the highest reliability and design while cherishing its passion for tradition and precision craftsmanship.

La Marzocco Linea Micra
The espresso machine announced by Porsche this time is called the Linea Micra, which is compact and heats up quickly, allowing you to enjoy the perfect espresso in just a few easy steps.
This dual boiler model has two stainless steel boilers that allow you to separately control the extraction temperature and steam pressure, and the versatile portafilter (filter holder) allows you to easily switch between two types of spouts: single, double, and bottomless (the nozzle attached to the portafilter through which espresso is poured into the cup).
It has a 2-liter water tank and can be connected directly to a water line, and the built-in steam wand makes it easy to froth milk.
Furthermore, by using the app, you can set the time to turn it on and use the timer function.
The espresso machines announced this time come in two designs:
- Porsche's original color, Slate Gray Neo
- MARTINI RACING DESIGN
The MARTINI Racing design is said to be inspired by the 911 Carrera RSR, which Porsche won at the Targa Florio endurance race held in Sicily in 1973.

How did it take inspiration from Porsche?

- The twist handles for steam and hot water resemble Porsche's drive mode switch
- Magnetic drip tray and cup warmer feature the color design of the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package
- The analog pressure gauge is reminiscent of a Porsche speedometer
- Rotating handle and portafilter handle are made of anodized aluminum
- Hexagon socket screws are black
