When I took a quick look, it seems that the American configurator has finally changed to a new one.

When the first new configurator was released in Germany, I was annoyed because there was no price display for each option displayed, but this time there was a price display for each option.

Oh, there is no special meaning to the model and its options that I am trying to make with the configurator this time.

The best thing about the new configurator is that you can easily see visually what the available options are.

Even if you don't click the button to see the details like before, "this kind of option" is displayed from the beginning somehow.

The only and biggest problem is that this new configurator is "heavy".

It may take some time for the selected options to be reflected. I hope this will be improved in the future.

Options that can be personalized

When I was looking at the new configurator variously, some options were displayed as "Edit design" when checked, and there were some options that seemed to be a bit messed up.

For example, this is one of the options to attach a decal to the side of the car, but this was also possible ↓

It looks like you can put your favorite number on the side.

Pretty flashy!

The Japanese configurator did not yet display this decal as an option, so it may not be possible to order from Japan (?), but in the future Porsche with such a side decal I wonder if we will be able to see us in Japan too?

I don't think I can get my hands on this decal, but I'm sure stylish people will master it ^ ^

I've seen other floor mat options like this that have a "Personalize option" that allows you to change the design yourself, but one of these floor mat options is... ↓

I was able to specify the color very finely. For example, I changed the color of the two lines that sandwich the letters that say PORSCHE.

And this is what changed the color of the line to silver. I understand? What a meticulous attention to detail. ↓

You can put your name on the center console

Furthermore, the center console between the driver and passenger seats can be embossed with your favorite characters.

I was able to specify my favorite characters, not just the "Porsche Crest" and "PORSCHE characters" that were decided as before.

For example, if you enter a name, it looks like this. Well, I'm a little embarrassed and can't ride (laughs) ↓

Can I enter longer letters? Then, when I entered the blog name (911Supercars), it also entered unexpectedly. I'm even more embarrassed and can't ride (laughs) ↓

The side decals on the car body were a bit too flashy for me, but there is also an option to put a similar design on the car key, which might be flashy but cute~^^

Numbers correspond to 1 digit, 2 digits, and 3 digits as well as decals. You can enter any number you like.

It looks like this when you look at the royal road 911. Of course, you can also select the color of the side of the key and the text color.

Even so, this option alone costs $930 (although it comes with a leather key pouch), so it's quite a high-end option if you stick to the design here.

I think Japan will one day become a new configurator with this specification, but I hope it will move a little more lightly by the time it is introduced in Japan.
