Thank you for 2020

2020 will be a completely different year due to the sudden change in the living environment of many people called Corona.

Still, looking back on this year on December 31, 2020, I can only think that this year was also a very, very happy year.

Due to the change in the environment in Corona, what has been taken for granted until now, no matter how trivial it may be, is actually very grateful and happy for its "ordinary" and "ordinary things". It was also a year when I was able to realize that it was there.

It's a little different story, but it is said that in the future, regulations will be imposed on gasoline-powered cars, and it will be impossible to purchase gasoline-powered cars as usual. ..

However, I also think that it was good for me that I was old enough to drive a car at the time of the change of the times.

It's not the Corona this time, but even if you think about each and every one of the things that you are entertaining with the Porsche 911 Carrera, a horizontally opposed 6-cylinder twin turbo engine, a world where that is not the norm may come soon. That's why I don't know tomorrow.

With that in mind, when it comes to cars, I think "Let's enjoy the present more" and become more active. Furthermore, looking ahead to the future, "Then, what kind of car and what kind of car will I ride?" I have come to think more properly about what I want to do, which car I want to keep at hand if possible, what to do with the car I will buy in the future "(←, I want to talk about it. I tried it, but in reality it only works with intuition (laughs).

By thinking about various things for such a new world in the future, it seems that we can select and select more "what we really want to do", "what we really want", "what we can only do now", etc. I feel like it, and I find it fun.

I have no intention of denying electric cars such as Taycan, and so is hybrid cars. I may not be there yet, but I think the day will come when I will accept and enjoy such a new world, and I am very much looking forward to it.

In 2020, I am very happy to be able to take a picture of my favorite Porsche 911 and the new Huracán EVO who came to my house together.

And at the end of 2020, I am enjoying my first car experience in my life right now. This blog is also written from that situation (that's meaningless ^^).

Regarding this first experience of mine, I would like to write about it again after the New Year holidays have settled down.

Anyway, it's going to be a very fun and very good 2021 ^^
