Porsche builds a new special car and goes to auction auction

Last month, Porsche Classic said "Classic Project GoldThere was a glimpse of the news that the project was started, but it seems that it hasn't been talked about much since then ...? ?? ?? (I'm sorry if that didn't happen!)

Originally, I'm not sure about classic cars, so even if it is announced to me, it may not be clear how great it is (laugh), but for the time being, until August 24, 2018, which is a press release on the site. I'm a little worried because the countdown to is done.

Porsche 70th Anniversary "A car that has never existed"

It seems that "a car that has never existed" will be announced to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Porsche, and it will be "a special one made by blending multiple classic models into one machine".

The dates for Classic Project Gold are as follows:

・ Press release on August 24, 2018

・ World premiere on September 27, 2018 (vehicle open to the public)

・ At the Sotheby's auction on October 27, 2018, it will be auctioned as one of 70 Porsche

Porsche "Classic Project Gold" announced

On August 24, 2018, the whole picture of "Classic Project Gold" was announced. Only one is produced, so "001/001" is engraved.

It seems that the 1998 993 type "911 Turbo" was restored.

And after all, the color is the same golden yellow metallic as the "911 Turbo S Exclusive Series".

After this, the world premiere will be held on September 27, 2018, and it will be put up for auction on October 27, 2018 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Porsche's founding sponsored by RM Sotheby's.
