The performance of the 911 GTS and Taycan is highly praised
The Porsche 911 GTS has been selected as the best performance car in the annual Drivers' Choice Awards of MotorWeek, an American automotive television program.
The Taycan also won the Best EV award.
To be eligible for these awards, all vehicles must first pass the Motor Week test process and then achieve excellent results in multiple subjective and objective factors in their respective segments. It's great that two Porsche cars were awarded after going through that test process.
John Davis, founder and host of Motor Week, said of the 532hp 992.2 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS with the T-Hybrid system:
"No other car we've tested this year, at any price, combines pure driving pleasure with new technology to such an incredible extent. It's a prime example of how Porsche is finding innovative ways to deliver the incredible driving experience for which the company is known."

As for the Taycan:
"Simply put, the Taycan is one of the most impressive EVs we've ever test driven. And this year, both the sedan and Cross Turismo have received significant updates, extending their range, increasing their power, evolving their technology, and, above all, making them more fun to drive than ever before. It's a truly perfect combination: a cutting-edge EV and a Porsche at the same time."
