So, first of all, if you purchase a Porsche Taycan, I would like to recapitulate for myself where you can charge it.

Where Porsche Taycan can be charged (in no particular order):

◆ one's home: A charger called Mobile Charger Connect can be installed to charge the car in the parking lot at home (consult the Porsche Center if it is difficult to install in the parking lot due to the structure of the mechanical parking lot).

◆ Porsche Center: Turbocharger or Mobile Charger Connect will be installed at Porsche authorized dealers nationwide from the fourth quarter of 2020 (please confirm because some stores may not be installed).

◆ Porsche Turbo Charging Station:Collaborative development by Porsche and ABBWhere the CHAdeMO charger is installed.

This turbocharger is scheduled to be 150kW in the future, and it will be possible to charge for about 100km in about 10 minutes. Anyway, the most amazing charging facility is this turbo charging station.

◆ Porsche Destination Charging Station: Ordinary chargers that are not turbochargers are installed mainly in accommodation facilities such as hotels and leisure facilities such as restaurants and golf courses.

A normal charger is a leisure facility that is installed, so you can slowly charge it while you are staying, eating, or playing golf. I wonder if it is because of that. Well, that's right. You don't have to hurry there ^^

Why did you suddenly become Japanese? !! Well, ok ...

Although the introduction has become long, the first destination-type EV charging station announced this time in Japan was opened at "Fujiya Hotel" in Hakone.

Two Porsche mobile chargers (8kW), which are ordinary chargers that are not turbochargers, are installed here, and it seems that Porsche electric vehicles & PHEVs for hotel users can be charged free of charge.

It is said that it is possible to charge EVs or PHEV vehicles with domestic charging standards other than Porsche, but the price in that case has not been described yet.

By the way, with this 8kW output normal charger, for example, if you charge for about 9 hours while staying at a hotel, charging will be completed up to 80% or more (about 300km running), and it will be about 4 hours charging time. However, it is said that it can be charged for a mileage of 100 km or more.
