Porsche has also been announced to appear in Lollipop Racing, a new streaming series and interactive game from writer/executive producer David Ayer and showrunner/programming executive Marisha Mukerjee.
David Ayer is known for writing the screenplays for the Fast and Furious films.
What is Lollipop Racing?
The series will consist of 10 fictional episodes set in digitally recreated cities around the world, as well as 10 car races.
The game is interactive, requiring players to watch each episode to discover clues woven into the story and adjust their strategy to improve their chances of winning the race.
Viewers will be able to experience Lollipop Racing in three different ways:
- Watch via traditional episode streaming
- Take on quests and get rewards
- Compete in the Lollipop Racing fantasy sports experience (join and compete in races)
So it's not just a car race in a game?
You can just watch the episodes, or you can get ideas from them and participate in races in the game...that's what I mean.
The series, with a pilot episode scheduled for release in late 2024, will be a streaming series that will integrate a variety of innovative technologies to blend Porsche into the real world and games.
Porsche is expected to release the 911 GT3 RS and 911 GT3R.
The first three race locations announced are Los Angeles, Miami and London, which will be "simulated" by the AI, with additional races set to take place in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America.
It's still not clear what kind of streaming series/interactive game it will be, but for now you can check the details on the Lollipop Racing official website below, where future updates will also be announced:Lollipop Racing
