Porsche tops the premium brand category
In the 2025 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) survey conducted by American research company JD Power and released in November 2025, Porsche once again ranked first in the premium brand category among new car customers.

This marks the third consecutive year that the company has been ranked first, following on from last year.

Porsche earned 855 points this year, the highest number of points among all premium brands, including both the premium car and premium SUV segments.

It would be great if Porsche was chosen as the top premium car and premium SUV.

The survey analyzed the purchasing experience from a customer perspective and was based on responses from 32,616 people who purchased or leased a new car between March and May 2025.
Customers evaluated brands across six aspects of the new car buying process:
- Delivery process
- Porsche dealer representative
- Formation of the contract
- Document procedures
- Dealer Facility
- Dealer Website
By the way, this is the ranking in the mass-produced car category ↓

This year marks the 40th annual JD Power SSI survey.
I hope Porsche will continue to achieve good results in the 41st event next year.
