Starting from Porsche drawing in 2024

Thank you for your continued support this year. We hope that 2024 will be a year of health, safety, and even more happiness for everyone.

2024 marks the beginning of a year that can be said to have started with the Noto Peninsula earthquake. We would like to express our deepest sympathies to those affected by the disaster.

In 2024, many other things are happening one after another, but I just hope that as many people as possible can live in good health and safety.

Well, at the beginning of the year, as I said, I was completely lazy and did nothing. I've stayed away from social media, I almost never touch my computer at home, and when it comes to what I've done, I haven't really done anything memorable...It's terrible.

Still, I feel like drawing a picture of Porsche during the ``time when I don't do anything in particular'' at the beginning of the year. Maybe because I have time.

When I decided to write this blog and looked back at my blog from the beginning of last year, I found that I had drawn pictures of Porsche in 2023 and even before that in 2022 (lol). You are unconsciously acting the same way.

So, this year again, I started my Porsche life by drawing a picture of a Porsche.

The ink bleeds to the bottom, so I'm using the cardboard envelope I received from Amazon to put it under.

Most of the time, my thin black pen is running out of ink, and even though I'm thinking, "I can't get any ink out," I'm too lazy and too drunk to continue drawing because it's a pain. I looked at this sketch later and reflected on it...

This time I wanted to draw it by hand instead of digitally, so I drew it by hand on A4 size paper.

I usually use Copic pens, but this time I wanted a pen that could use different colors in monochrome, so when I went to buy it, I found Neopico, so this time I mostly used Neopico pens.

I wonder if you'll understand if I write this far.

This time I am drawing the Porsche 911 Carrera T that came to me in 2023.

A while ago, at an event held by EBI Group (Porsche Studio Ginza), which I helped with my Porsche purchase.I had the opportunity to talk with artist Dai Tamura...

At that time, I had the audacity to consult Mr. Tamura and say, ``I like drawing Porsches as a hobby, but I just can't draw the body lines straight.'' He gave me some advice. It was.

So this time, I wanted to put the advice I received into practice.

Actually, I think that in my past drawings, I was able to draw the body lines relatively straight. happy. I was truly honored and grateful to be able to receive direct advice from a professional.

When both headlights turn colored, I can't stop myself from wanting to keep going. ...But I'm starting to feel sleepy, so I'll end it here.

The next morning, we'll continue again.

The light was a little yellowish from the lights in the room last night, but now it's daylight with the lights off, so the color of the painting you see in the photo has changed a bit. close to what you see).

After receiving advice from Dai Tamura and being able to see a professional drawing of a Porsche drawn in Copic right in front of me, I realized my goal of ``making drawing Porsches a hobby in my retirement.'' I feel like there are more things I want to try for (?) and more fun.

For my own records, I upload it to my blog every time I draw a Porsche, but I hope that in a few years I'll be able to think, ``Wow, I've improved a lot compared to XX years ago.'' .
