I received an invitation and went to CORNES's "Cornes Collection New Otani Gallery" on February 17, 2018, which is the first day of the gallery opening. The photo is of New Otani Garden Court (it was taken from the passenger seat of a running car, so it's blurry (laughs)).
I didn't get the impression that so many people were coming during the time I went, and there were only a few groups, but the cars that were parked in the underground parking lot were amazing, so it's still amazing people. I think it was coming (I know it's a CORNES customer's car because I'm looking at where to stop). McLaren, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Porsche ... The underground parking lot was already like a petite gallery! However, the parking lot on the garden court is very old, isn't it?
As for the gallery, the gallery is proudly held on the 1st floor of the New Otani Garden Court next to Hotel New Otani (from Akasaka Mitsuke Station), and very nice supercars are lined up in front of the glass.
Since the inside of the gallery was "no photography", I have not taken any pictures, so the following pictures are borrowed from CORNES's site. It really looks like this. Today's car lineup is a little different & there are also some spaces where you can relax and talk, such as tables and chairs.
The area near the entrance starts with Ferrari, followed by Lamborghini with four Aventadors in a row. Furthermore, it feels like Bentley and Rolls-Royce are waiting in the back. This photo is also borrowed from CORNES. The back of the gallery looked like this (although the lineup is still a little different).
At the entrance, I met Ferraris who were purely cool, saying "Wow! Cool!", And when I proceeded, "Wow! As expected of Aventador! I fell in love with it, and when I went deeper with a dreamy feeling, suddenly scary people (Rolls Royce etc.) were waiting for me (laughs).
Finally, I received a golf ball to commemorate the visit. There are some souvenirs that I really want, but in most cases I'm not good at receiving them. I have a feeling that "I didn't come for a souvenir," so I think it's a little pride (laughs). However, if you can get it, I'm glad that it is, so I'm grateful to receive it ^ ^.
I haven't had much time to go golf these days, so I'm likely to give this golf ball to my parents.
Anyway, if such a wonderful gallery is created, I'm likely to drop in at the garden terrace in Kioicho or when I go to New Otani!
Congratulations to CORNES for opening a wonderful gallery!
